FOR years experts have warned there would come a day when antibiotics would cease being effective.
And it seems that day could be sooner than first thought after scientists discovered a new superbug that is not just impervious to the last line of defence medication, but has the ability to infect other bacteria.
But instead of destroying its virulent cousins this new strain of e.coli actually strengthens them by giving them the same antibiotic shield.

On top of those $Billions$, there is always the Annual Fundraiser" or boots on every street corner to support a cure for a disease that will never be cured......of course we know that research industry is just another form of job security. We just about had the cure, but will take another 7 to 8 years to determine....that is of course if we get more money.
If and when they find some "PILL" cure and after taking all those $Billions$ of our dollars, Grants, etc., they dare sell it back to us for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.00.

The problem isn’t Americans it’s 3rd world people buying antibiotics over the counter - three pills at a time. They stop taking them as soon as the symptom subside - to save money. If some of the blow hard liberal elite who want to ‘do good’ (so they have bragging rights at parties) they could pick up the tabs for 3rd world antibiotics.

It isn’t just the third world, I am afraid. Americans are just as bad about getting lax about finishing the course, and there may even be a few folks out there who self-medicate using veterinary antibiotics but don’t do the research to find out what a full course would be and make sure they take that.
Like Komen Foundation donating money people gave for Breast Cancer to Planned Parenthood, when there is research showing a definite link between abortion and breast cancer.
I used a similar product on some nasty spider bites, (lesions to 3/4 inch diameter, through to meat, but arrested there by debrieding, H2O2 irrigation, and the silver gel--it took 3 months for the last to scab over but no infection), and it was great.
From time to time the lesions would feel like someone putting a cigarette out me (unfortunately, I know how that feels, too), and the silver gel immediately soothed that pain as well--a welcome bonus.
My biggest ‘American concern’ is antibiotics fed to animals to put weight on them. That needs to be stopped.
