Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sparked public uproar when on Wednesday he claimed that the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, was the one who planted the idea of the extermination of European Jewry in Adolf Hitler's mind. The Nazi ruler, Netanyahu said, had no intention of killing the Jews, but only to expel them.
In a speech before the World Zionist Congress in Jerusalem, Netanyahu described a meeting between Husseini and Hitler in November, 1941: "Hitler didn't want to exterminate the Jews at the time, he wanted to expel the Jew. And Haj Amin al-Husseini went to Hitler and said, 'If you expel them, they'll all come here (to Palestine).' According to Netanyahu, Hitler then asked: "What should I do with them?" and the mufti replied: "Burn them."

Interesting. Is this true?
True.
Convert or die, America!
And Huma Abedin's mother is a Muslim Brotherhood executive.
Why is she even allowed to be in the country , let alone advising this Hillary idjit?
Even so, it took both of them to tango. Hitler could have forcefully deported Jews there and let the Muzzies do what they would, and it would have been less bother than the concentration/death camps. Hitler was a power fiend in the devil’s thrall and that’s why he loved to really beat up on the Jews.
Bibi probably knows his history.
The headline DECEIVES. Is the source the MSNBC of Israel?
Does look like spin. Yes, Haaretz (”The Land” or “The Earth”), a secular liberal media organ, is an “MSNBC of Israel.”
Hitler did meet with Haj Amin al-Husseini, but I would expect the “burn the Jews” comment to be on one of these pages, if true:

Does anyone know a reliable source for this claim?
I think almost equally shocking to the savage treatment of Jews during that time is the utter innocence on their part. They didn’t do anything to deserve it. They didn’t even do anything that could be interpreted as deserving it. Their “crimes” were entirely manufactured. They were hated as an excuse for theft and as a means to unite everyone else with a common enemy.
Humans are capable of a stunning degree of evil. Today look at ISIS and Boko Haram. They are savages. They are Jeffrey Dahmer Inc. or whatever crazy serial killer matches that hideous m.o.
Hard to imagine that the Master PR expert of all of Israel would slip up. Anybody verify this?
And the British refused to let the Jews come to Palastine. because of Arab resistance.
Misleading headline alert.
Stalin didn’t “want” to starve the Ukrainians. He would much have preferred that they simply submit to their overlords.
I don’t thing in any way that he is trying to excuse Hitler, just that, like Haman thousands of years before, the sons of Ishmael have always wanted to kill the sons of Jacob.
If Hitler didn’t want to exterminate the Jews then it’s just logical to conclude that Haman didn’t want to either during Esther’s time, nor did the Amalekites right after Moses and the Jews received the Torah at Mt. Sinai some 3,500 years ago!
Not buying this. Sure, Hitler and the Grand Mufti were simpatico, but I think Hitler was already bent on extermination before 1941.
Sure--if you believe Hitler was a reasonable guy who just got caught up in a Palestinian's wish list. Oh, and if you overlook Mein Kampf.
And if you ignore the fact that the "final solution" began in earnest July 1941 in Lithuania, five months before the Mufti's 90 minutes meeting with Hitler, then sure this is true.
According to "other" historical accounts, the Mufti met with Hitler (and Mussolini) to support Hitler's final solution in exchange for their support of an independent state.
The systematic murder of six million European Jews was the fulfillment of Hitler's hatred. While others supported his actions, the actions from start to finish were Hitler's.
Awaiting VDH’s take on this. The headline makes it easy to jump to a bad conclusion. I’ll trust that Bibi knows his history.
Dachau was the first Nazi Concentration Camp, Established in 1933. Although the crematorium was not built until 1942. I believe first crematorium built at Auschwitz in 1943. That is when the “burning” began in earnest so there may be some truth to this statement by Bibi.
