Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, is facing accusations of racism after attempting to crack down on people wearing saggy pants on campus.
The college has not officially banned saggy pants in its dress code, as the school has no official dress code, but signs warning that saggy pants will not be tolerated have gone up around campus and in the student center, the Daily Caller reported.
A spokeswoman for the college, Tonya Smith, said that the signs, which also warn against profanity and rude behavior, were intended to discourage disruptive behavior on campus.
Our faculty in particular had experienced an increase in inappropriate classroom behaviors that were disturbing the learning environment, Smith told Inside Higher Ed.
Some students have complained that the signs seem like an attempt to suppress black culture.

Come on, guys! Put a mask on, sneak up behind them, and pull their pants and boxers down around their ankles. Do it enough times and perhaps they’ll get the message. Plus, the girls will get a kick out of it and you can run faster with your pants up than they can with theirs down.
College — “We want less trashy, low-class, disruptive, disrespectful behavior.”
Activist — “Why do you hate black people?”
Game: Spot The Racist.
I guess black horn-rimmed glasses are “rasis” too!
“...seem like an attempt to suppress black culture....”
So I guess that they will never get a decent job looking like a former prisoner that’s looking for a little action. I wonder if this college was a historically black college, that type of attire would be totally permissable.
So we are saying that saggy pants are somehow a part of black culture??? Really??? Are these people for real or are they idiots??
Saggy pants, profanity and rude behavior is a black thing?
Is this really what these people want to bitch about? Their right to be idiots?
WTF is “black culture”? I venture they don’t know. It sure isn’t rap, stealing, making babies, murder, and laziness. All that came around after LBJ and his “Great Society” before that black folks, that I knew and witnessed, were mostly hard working, church going, and family oriented.
Banning holding up the 7-11 is also discrimination against black culture.
Geez! Next thing you know, they are going to start asking them to speak English!?!
Some students have complained that the signs seem like an attempt to suppress black culture.
Well students, look at it this way, if black culture is synonymous with bad behavior, wouldn’t you recommend suppressing it in favor of American Culture.
Didn't this practice start in prison,
Homosexuals advertising butt-sex.
That is what I heard also. It was a way of letting other inmates know you were “available”.
So only blacks wear their pants down around there knees?
Yes.
They’re mostly still hard working, church going, and family oriented.
But they’re the ones that are studiously ignored by the racist left wing media.
Notice how quickly the media buried Dylann Roof’s Christian victims and their families when it became clear Obama and Sharpton and the saggy-pants crowd couldn’t use them?
The new story became the confederate flag.
I always heard it was a way of expressing “solidarity” with the incarcerated brothers. Belts aren’t allowed in prison. They can be used as weapons, or to commit suicide.
Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!
Thank you for playing “Why today’s youth want to advertise prison rape”.
