Trump will never be President ? ( Vanity )
8/15/15 | Sushiman

Posted on 08/15/2015 7:18:52 PM PDT by sushiman

I'm often seeing online and in messages from friends , that many people believe Trump will never become President , as much as they would like to see that happen . This is a common missive : " They'll either find some serious way to discredit him or skew the numbers . Remember he has to make it through the primaries . The powers that be won't allow that . "

Opinions ? Thoughts ? I am a Trump fan , by the way .

Such a delight to watch Trump upset the apple cart. Libs are throwing a nutty. Pretend reporters wetting themselves. Faux conservative like Will and Krauthammer who fancy themselves as gatekeepers of sorts have a difficult time at steering the election to a Bush. A lineup of bought -n -sold candidates serving as Shills and Bushie- bot seatwarmers can’t get traction either.

TPTB (the powers that be) have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at him in the last month and it only makes Trump stronger. So they have a real ordeal on their hands. They have pulled back right now and are studying long and hard for their next move, which they hope will be the kill shot. So next time they go after him, look for the kitchen sink to be thrown at him. If he survives that (whatever that is) and his popularity escalates, then TPTB will panic and probably do something very revealing and very stupid. People do stupid and revealing things when they panic or throw a fit. And that would be immensely helpful in that it would show in a real, undeniable way what is actually going on behind the scenes in American politics, the marriage of the media with the uni-party, and a LOT more people of all parties and persuasions would wake up at once. The whole key to this thing for Donald is that the groundswell of support for him gets so overwhelming that TPTB cannot deny him. If he does that, he’s won.

Then the TPTB will wait, bide their time, and try to take him down or render him ineffectual while in office. And that, believe it or not, is easier for them to do than while he’s campaigning.

Also, what Donald has to do, both now and when (if) he takes office, is to convince everyone within TPTB who is sitting on the fence to take a chance on him. You already see this in how, once peace is made with him, he behaves graciously. Also, you see it in how he characterizes his opponents as simply being “stupid” rather than “corrupt.” To call them “corrupt” implies he might go after them once in power. But stupid? That’s easy enough to live with when the alternative is going to jail.

Donald is a smart man and I think he’s been planning this for years. Step in for a few months in previous elections just to get his feet wet, get a feel for it, before attempting it for real.

This all just my opinion, of course. But interpreting and predicting media tactics is my hobby. lol

I see him more likely to win third-party than as the Republican Nominee.

Bear in mind you are referring to a man who currently has more than a 2-1 lead over his nearest rival in most polls. I don't see any signs of that changing anytime soon. Other than Cruz, Carson and Fiorina, none of the other 13 candidates are getting any buzz at all.

I think there is zero chance the go will nominate him no matter how popular he is. That’s why he’s keeping the option of 3rd party open.

Trump doesn’t do anything to lose. He does everything to win.

We certainly are tired of the same ol’, same ol’...but I’m supporting Ted Cruz...a REAL conservative in every sense of the word!

Trump has opened a lot of eyes and has said things that we’ve been thinking, but I am not sure he can make the transition from high-rollin’ business man to leader of the free world. Plus, his creds are all over the map.

JMHO..... :)

Comparisons are made to the past when candidates like Cain, Perry and Giuliani had early leads in the polls. But Trump is a different sort of breed. We shall see what we shall see.

Trump can and will become president if the American people choose to elect him president.

It’s really that simple.

I am a Cruz supporter, and a person who has called Trump a clown, and made fun of his comb over, and posted pictures of trump in clown make up, but that was before seeing that he really does appeal to a lot of people who are really sick of what’s been going on in this country.

The only thing that matters is if enough people in this country choose to nominate and then elect this man, then yes he can become president.

That is reality.

He can win.

He pulled out of the last election, but I think that, after he spent these last few years watching what happened since, won’t be pulling out of this one. And if he’s going to be in it, he’s going to do all in his power to win it - not all in his power to make it look like he’s doing all in his power to win it so he can then lose gracefully, but all he can to win.

In one of his business advice books he has devoted a chapter advising taking revenge. To me, this explains how he comes after those in the Republican primary who are taking shots at him perhaps in hopes of finding an advantage in what looks like his misfortune, and explains how he’s responding to unfairness from a supposedly objective debate moderator, from supposedly impartial media including the Fox News channel, etc.

He will probably never be the POTUS.

That being said, Let the Man SPEAK.

*Disclosure* I am a Cruz fan. If Mr. Trump ends up as the Republican nominee, I will vote for him, aside from the fact that I prefer Mr. Cruz.

No other candidate that the GOP has fielded at this point in time will give me any incentive to go out and vote.

Timing is everything.

I believe he’s been scheming on this for years.

I think he was biding his time and waiting for Americans across the board to form the perfect pissed off wave.

He’ll surf right into 1600 God willing.

Yep and although the GOPe and DemRat elites may throw some crapola at him Trump knows how to fight and endure. The resistance will fold like cheap suits because they are experts at buckling under pressure and thats just what they will do. Reincey boy is already playing nicety nice to Trump so case in point.

Remember he has to make it through the primaries . The powers that be won't allow that . "

This was their intention since 6/16/15. They wanted him silenced way before the primaries. They failed.

There have been multiple professional level attempts to derail and silence Trump and countless other fraudulent attempts. They failed.

These professional politicians and MSM have vividly revealed who they really are. I find them most of them flat out corrupt and disgusting.

I don’t think FR is shredding any more than usual. 2008 was pretty hardcore.

I've heard some good stories in my neck of the woods concerning him. One time he wanted a condo building to refurbush and make nice, He called a meeting of all the condo owners and offered them all double market value for their properties. They all hapilly sold.

when he built a new golf course in Palm Beach there was a strip club next door called T's. He didn't like that name, so he offered $1 million to change the name. He could have been a prick and sued instead.

My friend was on Celebrity Apprentice last season with him...had nothing but good things to say about him.

He's ethical and kind. He appears to be a good man.

They will do everything in their power to destroy him. Nothing will be out of bounds.

What if he doesn't care, and refuses to drop out? Obama has committed outright TREASON at least 5 times. What skeletons could they drag out on DT that would be worse than that?

The next move is Car-lie Fio-RINO at the September debate. SHE is being prepped to take him down. Expect GOPe media arms FauxNews and IJReview to hype her incessantly before then, as they have been recently. It won't work. Trump will be prepared.

FR is internally shredding.

Where have you been? FR "shreds" every four years, right on schedule.
