After NBCUniversal severed its relationships with Donald Trump on Monday, the billionaire businessman and presidential candidate responded by invoking suspended NBC anchorman Brian Williams and threatening to meet NBC in court.
Here is Trump's statement:
"As of today, Donald J. Trump is no longer affiliated with NBC. Mr. Trump stands by his statements on illegal immigration, which are accurate. NBC is weak, and like everybody else is trying to be politically correct--- that is why our country is in serious trouble.

But as a businessman he can act like a child. As a presidential politician he needs to act like a grown up or there’s no way he’ll win. Most people expect more gravitas from a presidential candidate. He could have his lawyers start the lawsuits without spewing about it all over twitter.

Let’s not even start talking about the fact that you seem perfectly happy with a bunch of rapists and murderers from Mexico coming over here to kill and rape Americans and are tut hurt because The Donald is calling out Mexico on it.

Trump adds:
We must have strong borders and not let illegal immigrants enter the United States. As has been stated continuously in the press, people are pouring across our borders unabated. Public reports routinely state great amounts of crime are being committed by illegal immigrants. This must be stopped and it must be stopped now. Long ago I told NBC that I would not being doing The Apprentice because I am running for President in order to Make our Country Great Again.
If NBC is so weak and so foolish to not understand the serious illegal immigration problem in the United States, coupled with the horrendous and unfair trade deals we are making with Mexico, then their contract violating closure of Miss Universe/Miss USA will be determined in court. Furthermore, they will stand behind lying Brian Williams, but won’t stand behind people that tell it like it is, as unpleasant as that may be.
Did the Donald hire you to be his consultant? I didn’t think so. He will protect his interests and say what he thinks and wants - regardless of how you feel about it. It sure is refreshing. I don’t care any more about dignified - not after having to endure the squatter in the WH for the past 6 1/2 years. It’s nice to see someone tough, who doesn’t roll over and cry like a baby. More need to start standing up for themselves like Trump does. Whether he wins or not - he sure is refreshing. I also didn’t hear him say, “it’s the law of the network.”
I hope Trump’s closet is clean because the uniparty bosses are going to try and destroy him. GO Donald GO...and don’t shut up for nobody!
I frankly don’t even care, if the uniparty goes after Trump with everything they’ve got.
