But HIV through iv drug use is sort of a self-inflicted wound. It only requires droplet exposure to TB (in range of a cough) to acquire it. Now, if that gets loose in the HIV crowd, it will be a real mess.

I was shopping, today, at are area (suburban Houston) grocery store and clothing store. Every conversation I overheard, between other customers, was in Spanish. I’m used to hearing conversations in Spanish, sprinkled in here and there, but this was like nothing I’ve ever seen/heard, before.

I’m also seeing a lot of late model BMW’s, Jaguars and Escalades, etc driven by these same folks.

Maybe it’s the new norm, and I’ve just not been out and about enough to notice the prevalence. Maybe a lot of people have taken up speaking Spanish, all of the sudden...and have been working hard and saving up for all of these new cars.

Or, maybe the floodgates are open and the welcoming benefits are over the top.

Something is going on in Indiana. Dirty needles are being shared and all kinds of diseases are spreading all over the state. AIDS is up due to dirty needles. The Governor needs to get a hold of this or he will have a big mess on his hands. He should stop worrying about disrespecting shop owners about cake and start running the state.
