Indiana is where they have that hiv epidemic related to drug/needle use.

But HIV through iv drug use is sort of a self-inflicted wound. It only requires droplet exposure to TB (in range of a cough) to acquire it. Now, if that gets loose in the HIV crowd, it will be a real mess.
