As Fox Newss audience continues to age, the conservative network inches close to death as in 2014 its median audience dropped to 1.1 million. > Pew Research State of the Media Report quoted <
-but-
Fox News is still racking up big profits due to the high carriage fees that they charge providers. Fox News earns $1.50 per subscriber. This is the third highest carriage fee of any network. Fox News trails on ESPN and TNT in the amount charged per subscriber. Any liberal or progressive that has cable or satellite is paying Fox News $18 a year per household. High fees paid by people who disagree with Fox News, and never watch it, are one of the reasons why the network can be highly profitable as viewership declines.

Plus please note that FOX gives face time to the most radical leftists in America. Note that all most all FOX commentators on the topic of Baltimore were blacks spouting the typical nonsense that all is needed is more funding and more blacks in charge. (Yes, there were probably exceptions but it is the average that counts not the exception.)
what, they now have 7.7 times as many viewers as MesSNBC rather then 7.8?
I hardly watch it anymore. I used to watch all the evening shows until Kelly got all snippy with people who stand for traditional values, Bill R is plainly insulting and a know it all. Fox and friends has gone down hill since Hassleback has joined and it;s becoming like a today show with it’s cooking and bringing in puppies etc
Fox is more liberaltarian with them being socially liberal as well as liberals on the homosexual agenda.
Leftists whole worldview is built on lies. Every now and then MSNBC cannot cushion these people against reality. What is totally lost on these nutbags is the few nuggets of truth they are able to glean from MSNBC are what they are decrying as “being conservative”.
Writer Jason Easley; easley plays the fool.
I think the writer may be correct. TV is going to go the way of the buggy whip, and I guess most people under 50 (or maybe 40) get their news from online sources.
Can’t remember when I quit FNC, but it was sometime after they became soooo predictable. And not in a good way.
The depth of cluelessness this writer has reached..is astounding
The last thing I want is a “Conservative Broadcaster”. Fox has succeeded to the #1 postion on the basis of “fair and balanced” reporting. Present both sides and let the viewer decide. It’s why we have brains.
News is information and information is politically neutral, or should be. If not, it’s propaganda, and that’s what people turn to Fox News to avoid.
I don’t disagree.
I think their programming has gotten horrible throughout the day.
I think F&F is horrible now. I don’t know if they changed producers or what, but they don’t even try to be “objective” anymore. Their “editorial” comments are more often than not, simply ignorant and erroneous.
The only watchable programming is the 9-11 block and Cavuto. The six pm broadcast is better than the networks.
Watching past 6 pm is opening yourself to the drama filled hyperbole rankings of buffoons.
And the sad thing is that they were the last place to go for news.
The RINO ROVE network stays off in my house.
After hearing one host saying she was proud take part in a homosexual pride parade, to pictures of Megyn Kelly at a homosexual pride event, to O'Reilly's rants about how level-headed his reporting is (which it's not), to Shepherd Smith's obvious lack of reporting skills, to Elizabeth Hasselback to being hired for her looks and not because she's a good reporter (which she's not), their blatant liberal strips and their lack of unbiased reporting is more than apparent.
What FNC serves up is conservative commentary (sometimes) and liberal reporting. I guess it averages up to neutral in some minds, but I don’t think so.
lol - and it’s the same reason MSLSD is still in business, if it only generated cash by market demand it would have been off the air a long time ago.
