Inspired by Starbucks recent attempt to solve racism with two words on a coffee cup, A-grade satirists Above Average have this week stepped up to the plate to deliver the next logical step for self-aggrandising white people all over the US. Have you just enjoyed a thorough debate about the history of structural and institutional inequality with the beleaguered barista making your white chocolate mocha Frappuccino? Well, you might enjoy iNotRacist: the app that gives you credit for all the incredibly non-racist things you do! Was your barista a person of colour? Congratulations! You have 1000 points already.

I am not using it because to do so means one wants to know exatly how racist they maybe. I am not, I am biased against people who do not work, who want something for nothing or who evade our immigration laws.
Everyone needs to notice the shift in language, within the last month it seems.
They no longer are saying “white privilege”, because it has lost its effectiveness. It’s now “white supremacy”, bringing to mind the old Democrat south, KKK, etc.
The most effective argument against this is to destroy the premise and attack the motives:
Accusations of “White privilege” has the same roots as antisemitism - envy of a prosperous group of people and a rejection of the cultural values that caused that prosperity.
It’s
You didn’t finish your post, but you are spot-on as always!
Seems like they want a new holocaust.
Wanda Sykes was wrong. She said that black people would have to find a new excuse if Obama became president because you can’t go around blaming The Man with you ARE The Man.
when I hear “white privilege” or “social justice” I hear a racist phrase just as evil as any racist word/phrase that has been aimed at blacks, Hispanics and Asians.
Exactly. Any group of people can succeed if they follow the basic principles and values that lead to success.
ROFL watch the video, its hilarious.
The app is a gag.
Very funny.
It’s satire.
Thanks. I would have skipped it otherwise - but you are right, very funny (and only a couple of minutes out of my life - worth the chuckle).
Being opposed to being enslaved for the benefit of parasites = "white supremacy".
Well, yes, the left has ALWAYS twisted words to advance their agenda.
They started in Gen 3 by saying “did God really sssay...?”
To prove you’re genuinely not racist, just don’t download the app. Who wants an app that measures something you don’t care about? Those who are completely indifferent to race, who judge others by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin, are the non-racists and don’t need the app.
Exactly. Any group of people can succeed if they follow the basic principles and values that lead to success.
Good points.
I’ve often wondered about this. We have seen groups such as Vietnamese, for example, who escaped Vietnam and came to America with nothing. Within a few years, their children, who didn’t speak any English on arriving here, are valedictorians of their high school classes. They own businesses and their businesses create jobs for others, in spite of what Hillary says about that subject.
Yet too many of our native born citizens are stuck in ghetto mindsets and self defeating behaviors, which cause them great distress in life.
But if we say anything about people’s attitudes or ghetto thinking or gangs or all this baby mama stuff going on, we are called racist. And then the discussion ends.
You mentioned the Vietnamese and I can verify your observations through my own experience with Vietnamese friends and colleagues.
The Vietnamese that I have known tend to harbor a culture that does not mind making short term sacrifices for long-term gain. A value that used to be commonplace in the US.
I’m glad someone gets it.
