Something About The Way She Died Part 2 by Linda Jordan
On January 6, 2014 we were told that Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obama’s controversial birth certificate , died from cardiac arrhythmia after the small plane she was in had to make an emergency ocean landing.
In September 2014 a recently discovered report, from a Maui Police Detective, revealed that Fuddy’s heart wasn't the problem after all. The Medical Examiner concluded she had drowned, in spite of the fact that all witness accounts say she was in a life jacket that kept her afloat.
Now, it’s November 2014 and I have just reviewed a debriefing report from a Commander with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) who was part of the rescue effort after the ocean ditching. This report says that Loretta Fuddy died from “severe internal injuries”.
I include the relevant part of the debriefing below.
That’s why HRS 841-3 was not in effect. There was NO DEATH within a HI county’s jurisdiction.
So... no death. Loretta Fuddy is still alive and in hiding.
Then why, oh why, is there any drama about missing footwear and confusing autopsy reports when there is no dead body???
Or are you claiming that some random body was autopsied?
Or were they supposed to spirit Fuddy away but things went wrong and she ended up dying?
If she didn't die, how on earth did they stage an open casket funeral? Were the television stations and hundreds of attendees in on the conspiracy? Were they complicit, bribed, or threatened?
This has to be the lamest, most convoluted conspiracy conceivable.

I’m not avoiding the question - you are making an assertion and trying to hold me to your conclusions. I’m saying that the shoes and socks and bracelet could have been removed after she was brought ashore. And it is possible that she was undressed from her soaking wet clothing and examined after being brought to shore. For example, was she still wearing the soaking wet clothing while lying on the gurney at the “care home”. Or for the time she was at the Molakai General Hospital pending autopsy. That’s where a preliminary cause of death could for drowning might have occurred. You do not know when she was undressed.
BTW, HRS §841-13 says that the victims personal effects “may” be recovered and held for evidence, not “must” be recovered and held for evidence. Given the set of circumstances in this case, it is not hard to image the police not considering her clothing as evidence.

The only birth facts that are Article II, Section 1 relevant are documenting age 35 or older and place of birth.
Dr. Onaka verified the Obama birth facts to the satisfaction of the Arizona and Kansas Secretaries of State who are the only officials that I know of who actually have asked him to verify the Obama birth facts.
If anyone still has questions about Dr. Onaka’s verifications, he can be deposed or subpoenaed and called to testify under oath in state or federal legislative hearings. He can also be court ordered by a judge to produce the original birth certificate for inspection.
Dr. Onaka is also a named defendant in the Mississippi ballot challenge lawsuit but the federal judge who is hearing that lawsuit has not acted on pre-trial motions in more than two and a half years now.
I’ll be interested to hear those “real reasons” that Loretta Fuddy would have information that her predecessor as Director of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino wouldn’t have.
Okay, I’ve read the entire thread and I’ve got it figured out. There is a small group of posters—the usual group—that is telling the rest of us—the conservatives—for maybe the millionth time what our problem is. Namely, we don’t trust government enough. In particular, we don’t trust Democrat-dominated state & federal governments enough, though we are also too suspicious of state governments with a smattering of RINI/GOPe officials.
The message is, the above types of governments are honest. They are trustworthy. They do not lie. They are transparent. They always do what is best for the citizens, including conservatives. They never favor Democrats, liberals or the Establishment. They always favor integrity and The People. The government is good, honest, aboveboard and reliable. This is the message the little group of pernicious posters has been trying to drive home for years. If only the hicks and the rubes would listen, all would be well.
After all, no government, state or fed, and particularly no government dominated by Dems and a few RINOs and GOPe-ers, has ever given us any cause to doubt it. Over and over we’ve seen what paragons of virtue Dem politicians are, closely followed by the righteousness of RINOs and GOPe-ers. How many times do these governments have to prove that they NEVER lie, cover-up, play favorites, obfuscate or do any other less than totally integrous thing before the wingnuts will stop acting stupidly. Only really stupid people believe Obama has lied about anything of significance. Only crazy people believe his cohorts in Dem-dominated state governments would support his lies.
The bottom line is this. We have a small but vocal group that believes in Dem-dominated governments, state & fed. They believe when such governments speak, it is the Gold Standard. No one can/should ask further questions. All questions have been resolved. The Dems, who never lie, have laid the matter to rest once and for all. If stupid, crazy conservatives would just learn that lesson, our sturdy little group of Dem government cheerleaders could finally take a much deserved rest.

Actually people make faulty statements all the time. He appears to me to have made some assumptions.

The investigation appears to me to include two lines of inquiry:
A) cause of engine failure
B) cause of death
NTSB is handling A and the autopsy resolved B. Had either line of inquiry turned up any evidence of a crime than further lines of inquiry would be opened.

Are you saying that you don’t see a person lying next to the man on the left or are you saying that you can’t positively identify the person pedaling their feet as Director Fuddy? If the former then you should watch the entire video. If the latter, then I have to agree that no one can say for 100% certainty that the person is Director Fuddy. But that person does appear to fit the known facts for Director Fuddy. And that person in the video is not floating fine in her lift vest.
Deputy Director Keith Yamamoto who was next to her in the water says she was having trouble relaxing and staying calm. Isn’t anxiety one of the symptoms of a heart arrhythmia?
People can drown even while wearing a life vest, especially if it not being worn properly.

Why would the Maui PD Chief confirm to her that no one died in the waters off Molokai, if all of this was a plot to cover up that Director Fuddy had been spirited away? Why wouldn’t he just say they did an investigation? Why wouldn’t he just put up a fake investigation results? According to Butter, all the passengers and the pilot are in on it, why not get fake sworn statements?
Her own evidence that this is a conspiracy contradicts her.
If this accident had not involved Director Fuddy, I image the documentation on it would be exactly the same as it is now.
I would like to recommend a solution for the partisan political concerns expressed by Fantasywriter: the appointment of a Select House of Representatives Committee on Presidential Eligibility similar to the Select Committee on the Benghazi Attacks. I would recommend former prosecutor, Congressman Trey Gowdy to Chair that Select Committee but he’s already chairing the Benghazi Committee. There are many other members of the House who have impeccable conservative credentials and prior experience as prosecutors who could both chair and serve on such a committee. Congressional committee chairs have subpoena power to compel testimony under oath. A congressional committee also has the ability to investigate any and all relevant aspects of determining if Obama is truly eligible for the office he holds: from identity theft, to document forgery to the cause of death of Loretta Fuddy.
Yes, there would be Democrats on a Select Committee, but they would be in the minority and without enough votes to determine the direction or outcome of the investigation.
In my humble opinion, this should have been done years ago, in 2011 when the Republicans first took control of the House of Representatives.
