Cintas has released the names and locations of the top 10 public potties for its 13th annual America's Best Restroom contest and the excitement over who will be named winner is palpable.
Weve assembled an engaging field of unique public restrooms and expect a lot of spirited competition, said John Engel, Cintas senior marketing manager in a news release.
On the list of best public facilities is the Trail Restroom in Austin, Texas, which was designed by Miró Rivera Architects in partnership with the city of Austin.
Located on the Ann and Roy Butler HikeandBike Trail at Lady Bird Lake, Cintas praised the restroom's use of sustainable materials that blend with the surrounding natural area and its maximizing of airflow -- always important in a public restroom.
The public can vote through Oct. 31 at www.bestrestroom.com.
The top three vote getters will receive a complimentary deep clean of the restroom and the winner receives a $2,500 credit to spend on Cintas services.

it’s not in dallas texas is it?
Looks like it's near Austin. It's spectacular when you consider that it is on a hiking trail.
Al Bundy shall judge which toilet is the best.
Buc-cees.
I’m so fortunate. There is a Buc-cees some 20 miles away. Some days I’ll drive up to New Braunfels just to take a dump.
After all - their restrooms are cleaner than mine.
(I know.. TMI!)
Flush with victory after wiping the competition, the Texas Toilet Commission said “We have put the lid down on the pretenders to our throne.”
Most of these are not very good in my opinion.
LOLOL Blue ribbon to the punster!
My FIRST thought!
