It is not the usual route for adverts making a statement about drink driving, but this Budweiser commercial has been already been viewed more than seven million times on YouTube. Featuring the bond between a young man and his adorable labrador, the advert focuses on worried loved ones when someone doesn't make it home from a night out. Entitled 'Friends Are Waiting', the commercial features a montage showing the bond between man and dog, before showing him leaving the house with a pack of beer and the words: 'I'll see you later buddy'.

Oh man... I don't know if its because of my wife's passing that I cry at the drop of a hat but definitely liked this commercial. Better than the gov crap they put out. They should air this during the SuperBowl. It will hit home for many

Blurry screen here too. Good commercial that gently presents a powerful message without preaching.

Cute but not the most gripping I’ve seen.

I liked that car commercial with the Lab growing with the young guy until he’s old.

Would’ve been better with a Shepherd, but that’s the way it is now.

Actually, wait, would’ve been even better with a woman.... :D

The original Clydesdale/Dalmation training was great.

They could put a cat in there as trainer - after all, they’re around the stables all the time, and don’t get to go out like the dog!

Made me laugh! This is a great commercial. What would a cat do?

I have dear human friends, but my dogs love and adore me in their unique way. The dog is man’s best friend and gives him trust, love, and affection. How can you not give that back in return? How could you hurt a dog?
