Dang. A friend of my son's fell 40 feet a few weeks ago. Unconscious, skull fracture, and bleeding out the ears when the medics arrived. A week later he was walking and talking! (But still has memory issues).
And this poor guy falls out of a golf cart.

A friend of a friend died exactly like this back in 2011. He was only in his early 30s and it was extremely shocking.

"scene of the crime" ? Stated to be "headed south on Johnson Road, just north of Illinois Route 173..." and this looks like a good "bump" just ahead, where there's a culvert under the road. Could be. I don't see any golf courses in the area.
