I'm sure there was no alcohol involved.

The only time I've ever fallen off of a golfcart and hurt myself is when I placed a park bench over the front seat for elevation. And I had brought a screwdriver to undo the limiter on the throttle (good for earning a bit of money, when you wager on a golfcart race).
Yes, alcohol was involved.

Familiar with the course but never feared playing it. Guess I’ll use the pull-cart if I do.

Perhaps he died prior to falling off the cart. God knows. Yet I smell a lawsuit in the making.

Dang. A friend of my son's fell 40 feet a few weeks ago. Unconscious, skull fracture, and bleeding out the ears when the medics arrived. A week later he was walking and talking! (But still has memory issues).
And this poor guy falls out of a golf cart.

Police say Canfield was riding on the back of a golf cart on a roadway in Hebron Township when he fell for unknown reasons. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Apparently out on a street and no doubt the three were doing stupid things in the golf cart. Agree he either had a coronary or suffered a traumatic brain injury when his head hit the pavement. That's why I did all my stupid things in a golf cart on the turf.

I know too many people seriously injured on golf carts. Some with multiple surgeries as a result. Lived next to a neighbor that worked at a trauma hospital where many patients with missing arms and legs from golf carts. They are actually very dangerous. Alcohol or not.

Yeah, I was stupid. And drunk. I could’ve been killed. As it was, I made it home with severe abrasions and contusions on one leg.

A young mother died here a few years ago falling from a golf cart. Nothing dangerous going on. She leaned wrong way and fell out. Hit her head when she didn’t put out her arms and instead held her chold close to protect him. Golf carts are moving vehicles
