BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Police arrested three women for lewd behavior, including twerking, outside Beaverton's City Hall.
Detectives say this all started when Coura Valazquez went to the building to pay a fine on Monday. She was with two friends, Brittany Medak and Leokham Yothsombath.
Police say that when the trio left the building, they started twerking in front of the windows, exposing themselves to people. Officers say Medak then began urinating in the parking lot. Witnesses told officers that Yothsombath recorded the whole thing with her cellphone.
Police arrested them a few blocks away from City Hall. The three had marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription drugs on them, police said.
