Surprise benefits of humble coconut oil - Reversing Dementia.
Yeah...she likes her dad a good bit but they’re all mommy’s babies, really.
Everybody else is The Enemy.
How many animals do you have now?
My aunt has Alzheimer’s too. I know the feeling.
Which markets? Cubao, Divisoria, Raon, Quiapo..?

Not a fun deal. Quite an about page BTW. ;)
My mother rubbed it into my hair, making them silky soft.
She also cooked all food with coconut oil, common practice in India. She lived to age 103 and did not suffer from Alzheimer until age 100.
I am 74 and have zero aches and pains, never had heart trouble or strokes, and grew up on food cooked with coconut or peanut oil. I do 20-22 minutes on a treadmill set at 5 deg incline going up, almost every day I am not on the golf course walking 9 or 18 holes (depends on how many hills)
Keep up the exercise routine...better than any medicines or nutritional supplements or foods. Only thing matters is to keep the weight in normal range.
Perfumed coconut oil was used daily on scalp growing up in India and never had dry scalp/dandruff.
If I worried about a “good nights sleep” I’d go nuts. It depends on a bunch of things. Freerepublic helps when I wake up. Going back to sleep after waking up with four to five hours sleep is very difficult and I just get up and do something. I have not wondered about a good nights sleep. What some might regard as a good nights sleep I may never have, but I don’t think about it in that way. Any sleep beyond six hours is in my case, is a remarkable nights sleep.
Sorry...dozed off watching Survivorman...:)
Four dogs, two goats and a bunch of snakes.
19, actually.
15 Boas, 4 Ball Pythons.
I *think* Vera the Boa may be preggers by Jake.
Hopefully.
Bookmark for later cooking.... ;)
Looking at those stats, and using cause and effect logic, it has to be exposure to winter.
lol...gonna doze myself now. Worn out.
Wow, that’s a lot of serpents. And a bunch of other animals.
Naughty Vera!
Have you had snake babies before? Is that how you got a bunch of them?
You *must* post pics
First thing that crossed my mind, but I refrained. Not throwing stones, just sayin.
This will be my first litter.
I’m excited and worried at the same time.
I’ve helped livestock and dogs but what do you do for a snake having trouble?
;D
Gonna snooze too.
Survivorman bored me to sleep.
I have no manners.
:)

I have no clue about the markets that you list. I assume you are referring to big city markets as in Manila, a city that I have never set foot in, and hope I never do.
I am referring to typical small town markets on the island of Cebu, or other Provencal islands in Visayas.
I find it a delight to do my daily shopping in my Dalaguete market. I bicycle to it most every day. Many of the vendors know me, and know what I want. It is much more fun then going to a big mall market in Cebu city.
There is a wet market section that host the meat, fish, and veggie vendors. The downstairs shops are mostly for grocery goods. The upstairs host clothing and household goods/fixtures.
Fridays are special, as the market host numerous outside vendors. One that knows me is my favorite for tools, electrical goods, and reading glasses.
Some of my vendors will go out of their way to get goods that they do not stock. For example, I wanted 3 ltr box wines. Recently, one of the girls was all excited when I came in. She had her boss buy some boxes of Franzia red wine for me when he was buying goods in the city. They promise to stock it for me.
