OK, I know everyone has their own theories as to the motivations behind the missing 777. Let's put them in one place, give us your top 3.
Here's mine.
1. Tom Clancy/Executive Orders scenario. Plane will be used later as a WMD to take out something in Washington or New York. Passengers killed/ransomed.
2. Diversion by Russia/Iran so Putin could do his thing during the distraction. Will be used later as possible unstoppable destruction device to disable or take out one of our carriers in the Med. Passengers killed/ransomed.
3. Plane was designed to climate strategic Diego Garcia near Indian Ocean/Persian Gulf. It was shot down by US en route and now there's a cover up as no one wants to admit. Passengers killed.
Ok, there's my start… what's your thought?
My additon to the way-out-there but remotely possible theories: The passengers have been exposed to some sort of horrible disease, and they're isolated through the incubation period. The pilots are long gone.

Do we know there was ONLY ONE flight plan filed for that aircraft?
The plane couldn’t possibly enter foreign (read India) airspace without a flight plan. But if a SECOND flight plan was secretly filed by the pilot, he could then turn the transponder back on in the middle of nowhere and squawk a new ident code, thus appearing to be a legitimate flight.
As for the passengers, I fear they were eliminated. Depressurization would do the trick in a matter of seconds, leaving just the bodies to drag away. (Somebody would have made a call by now if they were still alive.)
Murdered/Suicided Freescape employee was working with Chinese company that was booted out of the US for spying.
Funny how Freescape AND Chinese Telecom employees (company wont say who or what level of employee) were on the plane.
I dont really think the two are related BUT it does show what goes on in that part of the world.
Parents of Murdered/Suicided employee will always believe he was murdered despite futile investigations. Why was he murdered? He was afraid what he was doing would hurt the US.
Oh, and dont forget that THE Carlyle Group and Blackstone are front and center in this as they are involved with Freescape
They do have some funky illnesses in China...

The National Union of Flight Attendants (NUFAM) solely declares of the followings:
1. The boycotting of travel on all Malaysia Airlines carriers and it's subsidiary partner airlines by all Trade Unions in Malaysia / Human Rights Groups / Women's Rights NGO's and the public who condemns the National Carrier for its undemocratic management
2. Solely condemned the undemocratic action made by MAS airline to fire 4 Female Cabin Crew, the National Union President, it's Female Exco Member and the suspension of the National Union Secretary General
3. Declares MAS and it's management to behaved undemocratically and arrogantly towards the National Union and its 3,500 Cabin Crew members
4. Declaring a Slow Down / Work To Rule action by all it's union members
5. Demanding MAS CEO Ahmad Jauhari and his management team to leave MAS company immediately without delay
All the above will take effect immediately.
All circulations of this notice have been sent to all Trade Unions, Human Rights Groups, the members of the press and media in Malaysia as well to its overseas partners.

Obviously the plane flew through a worm hole in the space time continuum. If my calculations are correct, it should reappear on June 23, 2103 in San Francisco (Which will be renamed “New Jonestown” by then) and the passengers will all be executed for not possessing both male and female genitalia.
