President Obama has announced today that he will issue an Executive Order because Congress has again failed to follow his directives.
The Bill by Senator Gillibrand to remove command functions from commanders failed today. The bill was a ruse to remove all command functions from commanders and place them with political JAG Officers. Although the bill only specified sex prosecutions it was the first step in eroding all commander functions and subjecting all command decisions to political review.
Many pundits were surprised that even the addled Juan Mc Cain spotted the ruse and voted against it.
President Obama stated that as the Commander in Chief, he was issuing an Executive Order authorizing the creation of a POS (Political Officer Service) within the services. Each unit from the highest level down to the company level will be staffed with a Political Officer who will have the authority to challenge, second guess, revise, review or rescind orders issued by commanders.
Initially the Political Officer positions will be staffed by JAG officers who have been graduated from Ivy League Colleges, University of Chicago and UCLA law schools. Subsequent advanced training will be provided by former KGB political officers on loan from Russia.
No link?
Active Duty/Retiree ping.
Satire. Sorry.
Bump for later.
Zampolits
KJB on loan LOL.
Oh hell, why not?
Hard to tell these days.
SO I guess Our military is going to become a version of the Soviet Military in that we’ll also have Zampolit’s watching and directing our Generals.
This Communist Administration has to GO.
In other news, the Sun rises in the East again...film at 7am.
Satire maybe, but it is just about true. An order a day, keeps the Pubbies away. They do NOTHING about it, and never will.
I think a Zampolit career track is definitely in the making, but I expect it to result from a strengthening of the EEO fields, with EEO input on evals, fitness reports, etc. There won’t be any actual input into command decisions, but a downcheck by the EEO will be an immediate career ender so they will exercise de-facto control by weeding out any officers or non-coms they do not feel are sufficiently politically correct.
The Russkies always had a political officer in every unit.
I fully expect Bastard to make the US military pledge and oath to him personally like Hitler did.
Obongo just keeps”Chipping Away”at The US Constitution!!!!!
Alles klar, Herr Kommissar?
I doubt it. The left's sense of moral relativism and situational ethics have, in their minds, relegated oathing to a quaint anachronism.
As CS Lewis said about modernist influences:
We make men without chests and expect from them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst.
if the military won’t revolt at having soviet political officers, looks like it’s gonna be up to us.
the bill only specified sex prosecutions

The women serving in the military who have been raped or molested by male service members have been used to introduce liberal agendas into the military..
a group called SWAN has been pushing gays in the military and woman on the front lines as rights and using the cover of victims of rape to do so..
Although SWAN appears to be just making sure charges and convictions against rapists are not overturned by their commanding officers, they are not really interesting in helping the women who are victims of rape but they do have an ongoing plan to aid gays and their larger concentration is to put young women in danger and in the thickest of battles that they cannot be equipped for physically.....
SWAN lobbies Congress to change the military to a weak liberal club..
With this bunch nothing surprises me anymore.
You’re right about the moral relativism, but they do need to enforce their orthodoxy. They do need rough men to do bad things on their behalf. To maintain control they must maintain fear.
How about a satire tag. It’s definitely, somewhat, believable.
