Remember that video of the plane crash in Hawaii after which Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy "died"?
You need to take a closer look.
Which, if it were true, wouldn’t be a problem because they can always use a Hollywood-style mock-up. Which is why I didn’t even check into the funeral at first - I assumed that’s what they would have done if it was a faked death.
But I don’t believe that is true, because if it was true they would not have had to photoshop the newsclip showing those mourners.
I wish ABC would let the clearer video be seen. What might be confusing people is the person in the very forefront of the images. Jacob Key was between the camera and what was videotaped. The top of his head shows in these images.
The passengers and the shoes they were wearing appears to be this:
Kawasaki - plain black
73-yr-old woman - white with pink trim
man in 70’s - black Nikes
Fuddy - plain black
Yamamoto - unknown
Rosa - flip-flops that came off in the water
Jacob - white shoes with silver trim
Holstein - unknown
Puentes - tan workboots
Of those whose shoe color is unknown, both had yellow life jackets on so they would not have used a black flotation device. In addition, Holstein said he left as soon as he saw that everybody was OK.
Loretta Fuddy was wearing plain all-black shoes.
Which survivor?
You’re thinking this is Yamamoto, who said he was holding Fuddy’s hand? He’s upright at the same angle the whole time so if he leaned back for his shoe to show he did it without affecting the upper half of his body. And there are a lot of extra bumps on the black part that don’t make sense even for a pair of pants. But from the image of the rescue it appears he was wearing dark shorts, not pants.
At what point in the video?
Fuddy’s shoes were all black.
A little bit ago I posted the shoes that people were wearing. Fuddy’s were all black. The only ones who could have been wearing yellow shoes are Yamamoto and Puentes (the videographer). I’d have to check to be sure, but I believe the image of a person in the cage that was used by rescuers to lift the victims from the water is actually of Yamamoto, and I believe he is barefoot with dark shorts and dark gray shirt - which I believe also matches the image of the person being consoled by the back of the ambulance. Reports are that Yamamoto was seen later that evening in dark blue swimming trunks.

It would be necessary to study the images to see if they can be traced from their exit from the aircraft into the water. In any case, the person is on their back with the orange PFD collar supporting the neck and head with the rest of their torso and legs extending towards the camera. That is why others have noted you are seeing the foot and shoe, particularly the sole of the shoe. You can see how the PFD collar’s opening beneatht he chin is oriented towards the camera and not away as it would be if the person were face down towards the water.
The dark object in your bottom image is what was zoomed in on and circled. People seem to be shying away from that image, but what I see there DEFINITELY doesn’t look like a foot.
I finally got to watch the entire tape. It’s ambiguous, and can’t be nailed down as a frogman. But I rule out a frogman for another reason: the physics of flight vs swimming underwater. There is no way that a plane, even with a cooperating pilot, can bring the plane to rest “on a mark” where a diver can be waiting underwater. In movies, yes. In reality, NO FRICKING WAY. Not unless they had about 50 divers in a grid pattern every 100 yards for a 1/2 mile in all directions.
A belly-landing plane hitting the water at 100 mph (+ or -) might land anywhere in a half mile radius. A frogman swims at under 2 mph. The only way to get a frogman to that exact spot would be by another aircraft/helo, an inflatable boat with a motor, or have those 50 frogmen all waiting underwater.
Nobody saw a mystery helicopter or zodiac dropping a frogman. I rule out a waiting frogman underwater. It would easy in a movie, it happens every time. In reality, the plane would land so far from the frogman he’d never get there in time. And a frogman assassin would be 100% in black. He would not have a yellow ANYTHING on him.
This doesn’t mean I don’t believe that Fuddy might have been murdered to silence her forever. But the more likely way to do it would be to pay the pilot a ton of cash to do the belly landing, and make sure that Fuddy doesn’t get out alive. In the confusion of the ditching and exiting the aircraft, it would be easy for a conspirator to simply pull Fuddy underwater by grabbing her at the waist or shoulders.
I could find 20 airplane pilot-SEALs who would be physically capable of ditching the plane and drowning Fuddy for a million dollars. Morally, that’s another question. Physically, it’s very possible.
The pilot reports an undiagnosed and untreated concussion, so he can say, “I don’t remember nuttin, bruddah.” Keep an eye on his finances over the next several years. If he suddenly owns a villa in Costa Rica....
The videographer was Ferdinand Puentes, a roofer who was there for the day to roof St Francis Church, in a contract that had to be negotiated with the HDOH.
He had 2 GoPro cameras with him and put on a mouthpiece after he got his life jacket on so he was definitely prepared for underwater work that day. He said he had just gotten done videotaping the takeoff and when he heard the plane’s warning horn go off he turned the camera back on, but in the video you can clearly see that the video was on - and videotaping the PASSENGERS, not the plane - BEFORE the horn sounded.
His public “social media” comments before Dec 11th were mostly about the fish he had caught, but on Dec 11th he posted a photo of himself taking off for Kalaupapa - a place he was at frequently, according to an interview he gave when he came out with these photos. For some reason he wanted to document that day.
He had this video for a month before making it publicly available. He said that he had combined still shots. I guess that took a month. Not sure why he did that instead of just posting the whole video...

Two different television stations showed mourners at Loretta Fuddy's funeral. Both showed the Governor speaking at Ms. Fuddy's funeral.
Don't you even realize how ridiculous you sound?
"Well, fellow conspirators, we need to get Fuddy into hiding, but make everyone think she is dead. How best to do that?"
"Well, we could burn down her house, or do a fiery car crash. No other person would be involved. Yes, we'd have to pay off the coroner, but that's it. No body for a funeral. Easy as can be."
"No. We have millions of dollars available for payoffs. And George loves to threaten the witnesses we can't buy off. Think bigger! I want lots of people involved!"
"Ok, how about a plane crash? Bob, the scuba diver, can hide on the plane to make sure that Fuddy survives, and he can kill off anyone who refuses to be paid off or threatened. We have to pay off or threaten the people in the plane, the first responders, the priests, the hospital workers, the coroner, the mourners including all her closest friends and family, the Governor of Hawaii, and the television reporters and cameramen. Oh, make sure they put the stupid reporters on the story... the ones who don't know how to just film what backs up our story. No, we want it more complex than that. Make sure they include other footage, just photoshop it in."
Yeah, that's the way it worked.

Loretta Fuddy is dead. She is not in hiding. This whole conspiracy theory is not even good fiction.
Hmm. I should change that to “short pants/shorts”, if the guy in the cage was Yamamoto. In the cabin photo you can see that his leg is covered in dark but all you see is his thigh so it could be either long pants or short pants. If the guy in the cage is him and not Jacob Key then he was wearing short pants, which would fit with the photo of somebody being consoled by the EMT behind the ambulance.
Frequently people change into more comfortable shoes that they can slip off when they fly on planes...
