Are these really good movies or are they politically approved movies (by Medved)? I want decent movies that don’t push the liberal prospective but they also have to be good, not just politically acceptable.
No love for “Catching Fire”? Man I thought it was fantastic.
Didn’t that come out in 2009? But I wouldn’t know. Haven’t been to the movies since...I can’t even remember.

Michael Medved tries to judge films without letting his views on certain political issues influence his review...
He gave a good review on MILK a few years ago...In MILK, Sean Penn played Harvey Milk...Milk was an openly homosexual politician in SF...Medved does not support gay marriage...He also does not agree with Sean Penn on too many issues...
Medved also gave 2 out of 4 stars for Michael Moore’s “documentary” on Iraq War...No, Medved did not agree with Moore on Iraq War...
“In MILK, Sean Penn played Harvey Milk.”
I did not see this movie, and I’m pretty sure it was a complete white-wash of Milk’s life, but from the ads on TV it looked like Penn gave a great performance.
Okay thanks... Unfortunately, those comments makes me think that his reviews aren’t worth that much but thanks anyway.
Michael Medved??? = who the heck cares what this idiot thinks about anything????
Mudhead is what’s wrong with America; a Hollywood Republican. Did you hear him salivating over mitt?
The only interesting character was Dan White, played by Josh Brolin.
A liberal democrat who didn't really hate Milk personally, but happened to be in the wrong place when White assassinated the mayor of SF.
Methhead has delusions of grandeur most often found on the Left.
Indeed, who care what this pompous “moderate” thinks?
Milk: Didn’t see the movie, but pretty sure it didn’t cover Milk’s taste for underage boys.
The Kings of Summer is a really nice movie!
His whole 'Losertarian' shtick lost me a long time ago.
Plus, he believes in Bigfoot, and The Won’s birth certificate.
I didn’t see any of these.
of the 17 i have never heard of 10 of them. i shall continue to revel in my modern “cultural” ignorance.
