Prices aren't bad. Shipping and customs might be a problem! Lots of cool pics at the site.

Fred Ropkey (recently deceased) had a neat private armor collection here in Indiana.

Takes a LOT of time and money to keep these old rigs going.

Their jeeps look pretty cool. Wonder how much it would cost to get it over here..

The tracked vehicles take MUCH more maintenance than the wheeled ones.

I wonder how many of those were left in Afghanistan.

With some new paint, that T-72 becomes your small town police department’s Tactical Barking-Dog Countermeasures Vehicle.

If you plan to use it on-road, you’ll probably need the title from a deceased US legal jeep as a “substitute” for licensing.
I’d think trying to homologate one via NHTSA/EPA is an absolute nightmare.

you’ll probably have to put an AlQuaida, Hezbellah, Hamas, or Muslim Brotherhood banner on it to get it through TSA?

I’ve had a hankering for a howitzer for quite a while.
Why is it that the Russians seem to have all the answers to the state of the US at present?

A tank would be cool to drive, but for the soccer mom with a passel of youngsters, an armored personnel carrier would be more practical.

Probably not as much as the freighter full of spare parts would cost.

Your AT-11 takes several hundred meters to be properly captured and guided. Not very good for taking care of dogs. For larger nearby dogs you would need to use HE rounds. For Chihuahuas and the like you want to use sabot rounds.

Somewhere in Texas was a group of people who buy and restore old tanks. I don’t remember much about them

The duty on a $17K Czech BMP/BVP-1 wouldn't be terrible. Looks like it would fit in a standard 40' shipping container with room to spare. (Have to rent a trailer.)
I wonder if the ATF would treat the turret as one tax stamp or if you'd have to license the 73mm, and the Sagger separately? Probably not legal to import the PKT though because it's a "machine gun". Too bad.
I'm sure I could get Sheriff Babs to sign off on the Class 3 stuff as long as I let PCSO use it for SWAT training and drug raids...
This could totally make up of the 300 Blackout I DIDN'T get for Christmas. :o)
