Vitamins help us a lot. Just personal experience but
A big plus for us. I think this guy is just wrong.

I asked a doctor once what he thought of multivitamins and he said, "Well if ya eat a good diet, ya don't need them"...
Who in hell eats good healthy food all the time?
I never went back to that moron...

They discuss heart attacks and cancer, and they only address people who eat “healthy” diets.

The wifey, a Registered Dietitian, says that it is preferable to get one’s vitamins from a health diet, but if you don’t eat well, take vitamins. (Like me)

Mark Sircus is one who knows much about health and what is good for us. I trust him. I consider him a friend. I have had conversation with him on the phone. I first got acquainted with him through his book, ‘Transdermal Magnesium’. He is correct on that, and on everything else of his that I have read. Again, I trust him.

The RDAs of vitamins are rather arbitrary. More vitamins than some minimum are probably helpful in some sense. But sometimes lights at the end of tunnels turn out to be the headlamps of oncoming trains... perhaps surfeits of vitamins might facilitate body wear in some fashion. And none of our mortal bodies are permanent anyhow. The all things in moderation theory has a lot to be said for it.

It becomes expensive urine if your body is getting what it needs already.

Once again...."settled science". I find anyone who says this to be immediately suspect.
Yes, many supplements are not recognized or absorbed by the body, but there are some formulations that are--were they tested?

Well some touted formulas do have several times the vitamin concentration of others. And the RDA as I pointed out could be rather arbitrary. Scientists just aren’t looking for ways that vitamins could hasten the progress of certain diseases. Where’s the money in that?

I kind of split the difference with a low potency daily multivitamin. I figure it’s unlikely to have unintended consequences like long term use of a high potency multivitamin might, but at the same time it’ll help fill in the gaps if I’m not getting something in my diet.

When you don’t or can’t eat right .... vitamins are in my scram bag.

did you also notice that they said most in the study quite taking the vitamins early?? LOL

This is great! I hope all the people who watch SeeBS News stop taking all vitamins immediately.
Of course, these same doctors won't release any reports on the efficacy of some of the pharmaceuticals they have prescribed that may have ended up killing their patients.
Don't take vitamins. The last thing Big Pharma wants is healthy people!
