And you should not have to tell them your problem. They should tell you the answer clearly without any hemming and hawing.
To: Redcitizen
Or at least when they answer the phone, the first thing they should say is, “I was expecting your call.”

LOL! True story; some years back I saw a page two article in The Star Ledger, New Jerseys premiere liberal rag. It was titled “Chinese locomotive sinks on route to United states’’. Apparently some Chinese company/gulag had made a steam locomotive for some firm in America, put the thing on a cargo ship and it went down in a raging storm. However from the headline it gave the impression that maybe the ‘’little engine that could’’ was doing ok chugging over the waves until a killer wave sent it to the bottom.

"Her name is not familiar to me."
She was very big in New Age circles, but if you stay out of New Age book stores and don't watch shows like "Oprah," you could easily never hear about her.
To: Steve_Seattle
Thank you. That explains why I didn’t recognize her name, although I’m familiar with the names of several other ones, but those I guess I could call less attention seeking then being on Oprah.
