A man who disappeared decades ago is finding out there's no easy way to come back from the dead.
Donald Miller Jr. went to court this week to ask a county judge to reverse a 1994 ruling that declared him legally dead after he had vanished from his home eight years earlier. But the judge turned down his request, citing a three-year time limit for changing a death ruling.
Hancock County Probate Court Judge Allan Davis called it a "strange, strange situation."

True, but being dead, he can't be killed, so someone could shoot him and it wouldn't be murder.

For anybody willing to read between the lines, this is a fantastic ruling.
This judge is confirming the difference between your actual existence, and your 14th Amendment incorporated existence.
The former exists as long as you do. The latter exists only as a creation of the government.
The former has rights. The latter has privileges.
According to Chief Justice Roberts, the former is not liable for Obamacare, while the latter is liable for Obamacare.
One would think this incredible, dramatic difference in liability to government laws would be of interest to people.
