“And obozo’s records of everything?”

Two stubborn acts don’t make anything right. Just release the GD things. If you’re a gazillionaire and haven’t broken any tax laws, who gives a crap. The more money the better. If you can figure out how to keep it - rmember the old saying, it isn’t how much you make, it’s how much you keep that matters - then God Bless.

If there have been dodgy tax stuff. let’s get it out in the open and deal with it.

Cripes. We KNOW Obama is hiding something and we’ve bitched about it for years. Mitt should walk naked around the country if he has to...what better way to say there - I got nothing to hide - I showed you mine, now show me yours!

BTW, Romney’s own claim that he was paying barely more than 13% demonstrates that he was paying taxes at an inordinately low rate ~ much lower than my own ~ certainly much too low for the kind of income he claimed to have.

I keep fanning the dim flames of hope. Things like CFA (and now I hope Support Wednesdays) and Chris the Baker give me hope. Not everyone here likes Hannity but I always take his “let not your heart be troubled” philosophy as some comfort.

Our latest hopeful note:

Thank you for voting!
Yes. As a presidential candidate, Romney is obligated to be more transparent 7.6%

No. I don’t care if he releases his returns, and I don’t care how much he’s paid in taxes 86.09%

Only if Dems have hard proof that his tax bills were inordinately low 6.3%

Return To Poll

The law says Presidential candidates MUST submit two (2) years of taxes.

This "we want more" is just a diversion by the Dems. And when/if he does release more, those will become another diversion for the Dems.

Let's face it....anything that keeps the Dems off the real issues is welcome....

Fox. Should Romneys's tax returns be a campaign issue?

Hell, no. Obozo is just trying to create a distraction from his dismal and continued failures in office. DON'T RELEASE ANY MORE TAX RETURNS...just to piss off Obama. Not important anyway.

Where are Obozo's college transcripts?
Where is Obozo's "Real" birth certificate?
What was Obozo's "true" relationship with Tony Rezco? With Blago? With Ayers?
And on, and on, and on, and on.

The issue is not the issue.. issues are weapons. That is in the 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radicals' credo.

Yes it should be one of their "issues" it is what they do.. but our response should be ridicule.

Laugh at them.

But talk to the apolitical and independents about tax receipts of ALL politicians and the records of presidential candidates that were released by the majority of candidates in the past.

It’s nobody’s damned business, if the IRS has no problems with his returns, then I have no problem with them.

Romney should tell them to pound sand.

Yes. As a presidential candidate, Romney is obligated to be more transparent 7.59% - You know, like Obama has been.

No. I don’t care if he releases his returns, and I don’t care how much he’s paid in taxes 86.11% - I don’t give a flip what Romney has paid in taxes, I care about how much I am going to have to pay if Obama remains in office.

Only if Dems have hard proof that his tax bills were inordinately low 6.3% - But we all know that democrats don’t need proof.

The funny thing is that if they are 13.6, it is because of most of his income is taxed at the capital gains rate, which is lower than income tax, and the fact that he gave so much to charity..He probably tithes, which means last year he would have given over 2 million..In contrast, biden gives about $50 per year..

Poll question for tomorrow

Should Barack Obama’s college transcripts, Passports, multiple citizenships, Social Security number, Place of Birth, sexual preferences, financial records while in Chicago, be campaign issues?

FReeEEeePED:

Results as of 4:30 California time:

Yes. As a presidential candidate, Romney is obligated to be more transparent 7.59%

No. I don’t care if he releases his returns, and I don’t care how much he’s paid in taxes 86.06%

Only if Dems have hard proof that his tax bills were inordinately low 6.35%

Romney’s taxes are a diversionary tactic to keep attention off of 0bama’s miserable record!!!

I wish the so-called conservatives would stop wringing their hands over this and LAUGH it off for the silly notion that it is.

Someone needs to ask the usurper who paid the taxes on that Chicago house of his down the street from Ayers. Hint: he didn’t.

Not just “no” but “Hell No!” I’m so tired of the diversionary tactics! We need some serious talk about the issues — Jobs and Medicare!
