A middle-aged cafe owner is facing jail after exposing himself to a woman and two teenage girls he interviewed for waitress jobs. 
The victims, a woman in her 30s, a 16-year-old and a 15-year-old, all fled Rioco restaurant in York after arriving for interviews and finding owner Dave Richards, 53, standing naked in his office.

So wait. Either they all arrived at the same time (unlikely), or this cretin kept thinking that the naked meet-and-greet would get a better reception on each subsequent attempt.
