I needed to Google an error message on my computer and typed "could" in the search box and the "suggestions" below had as #1 "could I be pregnant". Now I am no conspiracy type but I do know that Google is run by a bunch of left wing types and just wonder if that was programmed to pop up first due to the current controversy around the regime's push to force religious institutions to provide birth control and "day after" type medications including Catholic and other religious run health organizations.
What do you think? Am I just being hyper-sensitive? Seeing ghosts?

I repeated your experiment, with the same results. Creepy. I think it’s just the most common query starting with “could “, nothing more.
Yup, happened to me too. But it seems possible that that’s the number one search starting with “could,” to me at least.
The items that come up in the ensuing search don’t seem particularly skewed. Mostly they seem to be about symptoms of pregnancy, although of course there are the inevitable links to abortion information.
Let me check......... no.
