We have pulled this story about the Mormon cannery being visited by federal agents because the source of the information at the cannery is now denying that he ever told us that event occurred.
From now on, we will NOT post any such story based on what we are told by other people unless, and until, they are willing to go on video or at least on an audio recording with their info. That way, in case someone starts to crumble under the public attention or other pressures, and wants to deny what they told us, we have video or audio proof.
We get all kinds of scary intel, all the time, and we rarely pass it on because we don’t have confirming documentation. In this case, we were relying on a confirmed eye witness who is now denying it. We will not do that again without a recording.
1. DHS wants the names and addresses of the preparers (home-grown terrorists in their mind), so they can arrest them when the SHTF. They will also seize weapons and ammunition.
2. FEMA want the names and addresses of the preparers (easy marks to rob), when/if they need the supplies when the SHTF.
Both can/will happen simultaneously - when the SHTF. It is not as far off as some might think.

I long ago decided to consider an “F” grade from any branch or level of government a badge of honor. We have torn up objectionable school assignments. Don’t be so weak and compliant.
You think they’d just do a mass confiscation wholesale? No, the smart way is to isolate and decimate. Smaller regions, dispersed targets. Unless immediately threatened, displaced like-minded compatriots won’t take the risk....done this way, it does not take numbers - just methodical determination. Make no mistake, these tyrants know what they are doing. They have been working on incrementalism since before you and I were born.
Why is she still there after this assignment?
Anyone who is “prepping” needs to understand that they need to keep the majority of their stuff “offsite”.
This is VERY important to thwart the tyrants.
When they show up to confiscate, they may not confiscate if you have just a little, or if they do, they’ll just take your “little”.

There are at least three other possibilities that come to mind immediately:
1) Restrict food sources to eliminate independence from the commercial food industry, i.e. to require you to continue to spend your money (esp. hyperinflated money) on food — this helps to keep you “in the system” as a wage slave)
2) Cripple resistance when TSHTF (think “Siege of Leningrad”).
3) Restrict food sources to eliminate them as possible barter items when TSHTF, esp. hyperinflation, or currently as part of the underground economy.
I leave the possibility of mass poisoning and/or drugging via “official” food sources as a matter for others to argue.
It was quite disturbing to see how intent they were on getting names of customers. It doesn’t appear that they wanted to track them down to warn them about botulism.
It is so disheartening when conservatives give in to this kind of intrusion.
