Yes it does, every night, every morning, all day. These people don't get up until around noon to 2 p.m..
Take their babies to the neartest Quick Stop to buy donuts and pop for breakfest, back home to hit the sack again. This is their life.
I rent to these people. Not cause I want to, but because other landlords have so destroyed the neighborhood, its what I have left, can't sell them. These women are proud of being ho's, that is simply the bottom line.
I have turned some of these queens in for having their "friends" STAYING, DHS don't want to know, it's called JOB Protection.
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with the head of one of our DHS agencies about some rent I had not received from them. I told him, it will be so wonderful when we would no longer need their services. He said, "that would put me out of a Job."
I said "EXACTLY and that's a good thing, but you'd find another". Conversation ended abruptly.

You get that contract redrafted, and repost. I want a copy of it, to send to a few congresscritters.
The only way to get a handle on the perpetual lifetime WELFARE fraud, is to neuter the popcicles. Name them one by one, DNA.
Heck some of them may even be screwing their own stepmomma/auntie or other kin, these days, as those girls start ho-ing at around 13/14 yrs old.

Annie, that makes perfect sense to me,but you know it’ll never go that way.Just like my idea,it’s only wishful thinking. But something definitely needs to be done-and soon.In fact,it’s way past midnight for this kind of waste and fraud.

It could go our way. I have been saying this for years, and I am serious about this issue, just as you and I have drafted it.
It is not wishful thinking, everything has a time to come, and now it the time. American cannot stand anymore Welfare, it is breaking the backs and pocketbooks of the taxpayers. 50 years of it is ENOUGH already.
We all need to get this to every Congresscritter available and continue to keep it front and center.
I am just HAPPY to finally meet someone who thinks the same and I. It's a start. True Welfare reform is desperately needed now.
To: gimme1ibertee
GOT IT, thanks. IT is PERFECT. Now may I use it to send the congressmen?
It's a start.

It's a sickening and sad state of affairs, but we can either shake our heads ruefully or try and do something. The beauty of my proposal is that the onus is on the person coming in for aid-they can either accept the contract,or,if they find it too stringent and oppressive, well, then, just don't sign it.They can either make the choice to not lay up in bed and push out litters of babies year in and year out or they can just keep going the way they are,but not on the taxpayers' back.
This ENDS the perpetual merry-go-round of welfare-ism generation after generation, helps to break the cycle of dependence, creates jobs state by state and will in the long run save taxpayers millions.Taking it out of federal government hands and having it administered strictly by the states will also reduce the likelihood of zero oversight.
Who knows? We may get welfare back to what it was originally intended to be-a hand up to help an unfortunate family get through a rough patch and emerge as a productive member of the workforce.

A lot of kids could, however, eat quite well if she stopped eating everything first.

AMEN,AMEN,AMEN AND A THOUSAND AMENS to what you say there.
Let's get busy. I am sick and tired of these perpetual merry go round baby factories.
OH, I got some more to add, possibly, pass it by you.
I want to see these welfare MOMs held responsible for the attendance of their children to school, and for their grades.
So, I propose that if the child is truant, or if the child does not make at least a Cee, DOCK THEIR WELFARE assistance by a certain amount.
They breed, drop the kid and turn them loose in the streets to steal, plummet and terrorize/vandalize the neighborhoods.
Any thoughts on adding something like that in that contract?

That would be great...only thing is,welfare reform is such a huge undertaking (understatement of the year!). This idea is pretty "boat-rocking" on its own,and I wouldn't want to cram any more into it right off the bat.It could, however,be added in later as an addendum to the contract.
For now,i'd just be tickled to death to see the contract idea implemented. The huge difference it would make would be phenomenal. One step at a time.
Not only that, but i'm betting that once this plan is put into place, and more and more people start working and stop breeding, you're going to see a lot less thuggery and welfare-addled kids hanging out on the streets doing nothing but causing problems. Why? Because mom's not at home smoking crack, yakking on the phone or cruising around with babydaddy all day-she's at school or working.
The parent leads by example-good or bad.In this case,it would be good.Go to school, get a job, make money,be responsible....We've seen how well it used to work before the plague of liberalism completely took over-NOW let's see how it works in a whole new way.
