I believe that the ruling class politicians see Palin as a real threat to their status quo, and her postponement of announcing her candidacy as a hindrance to their stopping her.
One way to force her hand earlier than she intends is to move up the primaries.
Anybody else see a pattern here?
In some circles, it is ALL ABOUT Palin.
“Yes it can be both really.
No. It can’t. Either Palin is honest or she’s not.”
Well, I tried to explain it but you aren’t getting it. So I guess when she comes out and says she’s not running you will consider her dishonest.
And the press hammers it for DAYS when THEY asked. AGAIN. She’ll announce a decision when SHE’S ready.

I get that and have no problem with her announcing when she’s ready to announce whatever she plans to announce.
What you seem loathe to address is the fact that she continues to fuel the speculation with her own words. You want to blame it all on the media. The media did not force her onto Greta’s show and say the things she did, words which were guaranteed to fuel more commentary and speculation.
But you don’t think that she’s doing that purposely. I do.
This thread is short on reality and LONNNGGG on hopium.
ROFL!
Believe me Iowa is not happy about this "grand conspiracy".
We’ll see. Patience is a virtue.
I don’t get that, the primaries were just moved up this instant by some states recently? If so, what would be the need to do that?
You should read C4P if you stomach the ostriches there. Most of September the posters on that site were clamoring that she'd announce, one way or the other, in September. Why? Because they believed Palin clearly said she would announce by the end of that month. It is what everyone heard her say. They were sure for awhile it would be Sept 3, then it was Constitution Day (divined from the painting on the side of her bus). Now they are twisting her words and looking for outs and caveats. "Oh, she just said she'd decide, not announce" they claim now.
This is coming from someone that supported her through near the end of spring and also expected her to be a serious candidate and conservative champion. I was willing to overlook some of the bad signs for quite awhile - including early on making excuses for her quitting her job as Governor. Finally it occurred to me that Palin simply wasn't serious. Any constructive criticism of her among her followers was met with hysterical, illogical rage. They really believe the woman can do no wrong and that even her dumbest mistakes are part of some grand plan. It's downright disturbing because it proves to me that people of ALL ideologies are capable of falling into the cult of personality trap. I thought conservatives were a little less likely to lose their minds this way, but Palin supporters demonstrate otherwise.
FWIW, I’m with you. Whatever she’s doing, she’s not playing games.
When asked. AGAIN. And then there are endless articles for days about "will she/won't she".
She said she would announce a decision when SHE'S ready. Does Greta et al really think she's just going to blurt her decision on their shows? She won't. And they KNOW it.
Patience is a virtue. Few are virtuous.
I asked and got no answer.
I'm very glad I'm not so invested in one politician (I can't really say "candidate" at this point; there is a possibility that the field is not complete) and have the time and rationale to assess all of the potentials before making a decision.
Maybe you should switch to decaf...just sayin'.
“Any constructive criticism of her among her followers was met with hysterical, illogical rage.”
They learned how to be classy at the feet of Ron Paul supporters.
Too bad that you wouldn’t answer honestly questions that were asked in earnest. I’ll remember that and not ask you anything again.
And angst.
And screeching. ;-)
