I believe that the ruling class politicians see Palin as a real threat to their status quo, and her postponement of announcing her candidacy as a hindrance to their stopping her.
One way to force her hand earlier than she intends is to move up the primaries.
Anybody else see a pattern here?
See Post 170.
Your assertion doesn’t hold water.
I know a PDSer when I see one, just like I know a buttinski whenever I encounter one.
I don’t know. I know Crist was a Rino. And I think that I read it could cost Florida delegates. So where is the benefit?
Explain this to me. We are free to make choices on who to support and yet there is a section of FR that feels the need to deride others simply because they disagree. Isn't that called petty?
Oh, OK, sorry. I promise to be good from now on.
I don’t understand why folks are so worked up over this. If she wants to run she will, if she doesn’t she won’t. Good Grief
Oh good grief. Now your trying to tell us she held off announcing because of the McGinniss book? Please. Do you know how many excuses have been made for her non announcement one way or the other? The Palin fanatics always make up some new excuse for the tease campaign. She had to wait for her emails to be released, she had to wait for some legal deadlines based on when she quit her gig as Governor of Alaska, she had to wait for the other candidates to be vetted, etc, etc. There is always some new excuse. Next it will be because the weather was bad, it's hunting season and the family is busy killing moose, Fox wouldn't let her quit, the blogs have been mean to her so she had to let things calm down, etc.
Mike is right.
States did the same in 2008 so what’s the difference or whom where they trying to eliminate with the early dates?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republican_Party_(United_States)_presidential_primaries,_2008
GOP February 5 rule Under Republican National Committee rules, no state was allowed to hold its 2008 primary before February 5. Five states - Wyoming, New Hampshire, Michigan, South Carolina, and Florida - moved their primaries ahead and were subsequently stripped of one-half of their apportioned delegates by the RNC.
Not sure how your 170 addresses the comments Sarah could make to avoid continued speculation about the ifs and whens of her decision.
And? Trolling threads in order to annoy people that you disagree with is a liberal trait. It's the LIBERALS who want to silence those they disagree with.
And your second choice is to deride and ridicule anyone else who happens to believe differently.
Who came on a Palin thread to insult her supporters? Good job too. Petty but you don't care.
My derision is with those who can't see past their own preconceived notions and can't be honest with themselves about a situation.
And what would that be? She has not given her decision nor has she passed any filing deadline.
Patience is a virtue.
There’s always a PDSer willing to ignore common sense. Isn’t it too bad that you’re one of them?
So I guess Chris Christie is playing games... how about Rick Perry when he was not yet declared? Was he playing games? The “playing games” mantra is media created and those here who swallow and spout it are enablers of the most corrupt media I’ve seen in my lifetime.
My guess is that your primary source of information is Katie Couric.
If she's not going to run, then apparently believe that she wants to alienate all her supporters forever.
If you actually believe she is that dumb, then you haven't been paying attention to anybody except Katie Couric and Dr. Phil.
LOL. The "operatives"? Have you lost your mind? It's pretty clear that most people on this thread think this "moving the primaries up to force Palin to declare" conspiracy theory is just dumb, yet you think the derision is coming from "operatives". Now the Palin fanatics think FR is so overrun with "operatives" that they actually manage to constitute a majority of posters on some threads. Paranoid much? Have these "operatives" been sleeper agents all this time just ready to leap out and sabotage a potential Palin campaign? Come on, stop with silly conspiracy theories.
Palin needs to be worshiping at the feet of Roger Ailes. How much is he paying her a year for her nothing interviews. I have tried to watch a few of them and she says NOTHING of substance. It is meaningless drivel and yet the Palin worshipers are wowed by her. Maybe they’re just much smarter than I but I don’t get it. Someone post when she says something of substance.
Thanks
I’ve actually looked at what she’s done and who she is. Have you?
