Ideological differences or copyright complaints? I suspect it is usually the latter and certainly done with cause. When you start your own site, let us know.

FR isn’t blocking it, the source is enforcing its right to limit its own distribution.

When liberals can’t win an argument, they sue you and hire someone who can.
The list of blocked sites we cannot post from is growing for intellectual property reasons...
Liberals can post content from these sites all they want, but if FR does it, Jimrob gets sued... Capiche?

A lot of sites have sued FR over copyright issues so they aren’t allowed.
Others like Alex Jones, Stormfront, or other crap, I think I can speak for everyone when we say we don’t want it here.

Were you the person who posted the article about the Afghan pipeline? I was going to respond that the pipeline was known as the CONOCO pipeline in the 90’s, but the thread was gone.

You don't visit much do you?
First, it's Jim's site, he can block what he wants.
Second, some "news sites" have threatened to sue FR (or HAVE sued FR) to stop posters from posting articles (all or in part) claiming FR was violating "fair use."
Those sites content or links are no longer permitted to protect FR.
If you don't like the policy, or object to JimRob protecting his arse legally because you want to post from those sites, then go start your own forum.

I’d say inhibited debate is the perogative [why does’t the FR spell chequer know how to spell perogative/] of the site’s owner, and of the copyright holders that one intends to quote at length on such site.

These “blocked” sites will sue FR for posting their articles.
That is why they are blocked.

n my humble opinion, FR blocking posts from certain sites based on idealogical biases is counter-productive to a real discussion and examination of issues. Uhhhh, your ideological enemies DON'T want a real discussion and examination of issues. That's what the "copyright" bludgeon is all about.
Do you need a little FR history refresher?
