What a stupid move I made! I installed Internet Explorer 9 this morning. I tried it for a full day and got rid if it. Don't be as stuipd as I was, don't install it when asked to "upgrade"!
How bad is it? IE9 is so bad it makes Windows 2000 Addition and Vista look good!
what’s bad about it? I haven’t used IE in years, but I am curious.
That’s why I use Firefox.
That was my brief experience with IE7. I tried it and didn’t like it at all.
I use an IE-based tabbed browser for FR. I have some add-ons for editing, etc., that are not compatible with IE versions greater than 6.
I use Firefox general webbing and QTWeb for most video websites.
I recently started using a version of Chrome, as it will run some of the newer videos that the older IE, FF and QT can’t seem to run.
I keep IE9 on my computer for the occasional site that requires it and I have yet to experienced any problems. (I use Firefox as my default browser.)
Translation: I can’t use a computer.
I’ve found it solid and fast.
But I prefer Firefox for the add-ons.
I haven’t had any problems with it.

IE is the worst POS browser.
It takes 4 ever to load and is like surfing in a bog or driving through sand.
Ugh!
Thanks for giving specifics about what is wrong with the browser, instead of just generalities and hyperbole.
>Bill Gates is Satan.
No, obama is satan.
I'm afraid not, because he is retired. Ssssatan never quits.
Switched from IE to Google Chrome and have never looked back. It imported all of my saved stuff and works like a champ.

My sister is Satan.
I’m using Internet Explorer 9 right now and have had NO problems with it.Though I installed it with a fresh install of windows 7.
It works great.
Why don’t you actually spell out WHY it sucks, FWIW tomshardware did a review of it against other browsers and it stacks up very well to all of them.

*I use FF5 so please no bias or M$ bot accusations.
It works fine for me. Much faster loading, and I’d say more stable, than earlier versions. Some of the features have been moved around on the toolbars, so it takes a little getting used to. But it’s worthwhile doing that, I think, since the toolbars now take less space away from the content window.
