What the hell is going on over Memorial Day weekend among America's youts, specifically, "Eric Holder's People"?!IM SICK OF IT!
Here in Little Rock, (which was just named No. 7 most dangerous city), I was talking to my friend yesterday, who is an LRPD officer. He asked if my wife and I were going to Riverfest that evening. I told him my son, age 9 mos. was sick, and we weren't planning to.
He told me, "Good. There is a Rap artist playing at 9PM and there are not enough cops on duty so be very careful, and carry your gun". He also included, that in his 22 year experience, that it was going to be a "long, hot, summer" and the Pulaski County Jail is full.
Anyways, this morning, I'm looking at the Arkansas DEMGAZ and Arkansas Times webpages, (see links below) and there was a damn near riot after the rap concert in Downtown Little Rock, followed by 1 shooting, 2 robberies, and several other crimes.
Shaking my head at Little Rock's inability to control its criminals, I check out Drudge Report. Looks like the whole damn country has forgotten what Memorial Day is about!! Check out all of the links below and tell me that this wasn't a coordinated event...kind of like a national "flash mob" or as Obama says it, "GET IN THEIR FACES" moment.
Anyways, I'm posting this under Front Page because it is Frontpage news all over the nation, here in Arkansas, etc.
. THIS is why my wife and I carry a gun always. Unfortunately, I feel that we are going to get closer and closer to using them as society falls apart because of Liberals and just plain evil, lazy, selfish, people. I'm completely disgusted and PO'd.

Then, unfortunately, my M1917 browning machinegun (watercooled) will be killing criminals for the first time since 1943.
Between the rhetoric that’s come out of this administration, the support (financial and o/w) of subversive groups, the non prosecution of clear infractions, the demagoguery and class warfare, the true economic hardship, and to top all that off a hot summer - I don’t think you need a coordinated effort. The whole thing is a powder keg just waiting on a match.

I have an idea you’ll defend the title of this post as fact-ism, versus something like “edging toward the appearance of racism”, but I believe your “Eric Holder’s people” is unnecessarily broad and cruel. See this stuff too often on FR, and admit that I catch myself at it sometimes. Toughest man I ever worked with was a short, friendly, athletic, near-toothless black guy who never once let on that he was offended by our digs, jokes, and slips, but I know he couldn’t have enjoyed it, and I embarrassed myself with humor(?) at his expense a coupla times. Am sure things must sometimes be about the same for Free-Republicians-of-minority-race, and for women here. And am also sure I’m often committing the fault I decry, more often than I realize. Just wish you hadn’t gone with “Eric Holder’s people”.
The phrase is an exposure of the racism exhibited by this administration.
Feral animals. But I’d rather be a Bernie Goetz than a victim. If confronted by a rabid animal, I would act no differently.
Back when there was more commonsense, we were taught about “one bad apple ruining the barrel”.
With public school we, as in US gov, have forcibly inserted a basket of bad apples into our barrel of “young minds full of mush”. Any wonder your kids and grandkids emmulate the holder’s culture they plainly see getting away with everything?
I don’t think this is co-ordinated.. The amish have learned that when they are in large groups, they can act with impunity.
I think the flash-mobs are a new phenomenon and are coordinated, but at the concerts and festivals some animals think they can act out however they want.
We all make decisions based on skin color. I don't apologize for it anymore. I would be happy to vote for Herman Cain (and Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Clarence Thomas, etc.) As individuals, they are far above average and they deserve my respect. But that whole "painting with a broad brush" thing? [shrug] I don't care. I spent 48 years of my life struggling to be fair and even-handed.

Couldn't have said it better Mr. B. The term is not racial, racially motivated, but rather a POLICY of the DOJ to look away at black on white crime.
I don't see any sort of deference to MY sensibilities, and have seen nothing but mockery and outright hostility to things I hold dear.
For those who are offended, tough; all this tension was predicted long ago, if people had bothered to listen.
I am yet to see anyone of "Eric Holder’s people" denouncing such behavior, therefore the generalization is well justified.
If conservatives had caused as much damage over ANY weekend, Janet and Homeland security would be on this like white on rice. Newspapers would be having a field day connecting every conservative to those being violent. BUT because blacks are a protected dem victim group, this mess won’t be a ripple in the MSM...
And, in a related story...note the “Obama cracks down on abuses by big-city police departments” story on Drudge.
Looks like it’s going to be a long, hot summer...
