With all the liberals going bonkers over Sarah Palin and her daughter Bristol being in the finals on DWTS, should they deserve and need security protection to ensure their safety? A man shot his TV and held his wife at gunpoint the other day over Bristol Palin's success and then she was sent a powdery substance in fan mail that was intent for her which prompted a lock-down of CBS studios. Palins episode of this weeks Sarah Palins Alaska will show them fishing and hunting wild game and skinning them. That will surely make liberal pacifist animal activist go wildly insane and that's face it, since liberalism has been verified as a disease, they are fanatically livid and wouldn't mind seeing the Palin's harmed if it will stop their success and possibly Palin's rise to the presidency. The Palin's are under the liberal microscope so much that if they as much as not hold their fork right when eating......it will be reported as front page news. So with all the liberal crazies coming out, does Sarah Palin and her family need security protection right now? After all, Sarah Palin is a patriotic asset to the United States of America and we can't afford any harm that comes to her or her family.
Not like she can’t afford it. Or do you propose the taxpayers provide security for a private citizen?
It’ll be a miracle if a demented leftard (a redundancy, I realize)doesn’t attempt to assassinate her. (Physically, that is-they’ve been attempting other means for 2+ years)
Are you proposing the taxpayers pick up the tab?
I'm as outspoken as Sarah, should I get a secret service detail?
It’s the media’s fault. Some guy threw something at her while she was holding her baby & the media were like “shame he missed”
The media CANNOT be as propagandistic as they are. Things HAVE to get back to some kind of normal. It’s only been like 15 years since things were a lot more normal.
Sarah knows the risk. She’ll be fine.
Have you been a VP candidate or governor of a state, or are you now essentially a declared candidate for the 2012 election? Have you been subject to attempted attacks previously? Are the media building up a demonized image of you?
If so then yes 100% you should dude.
Otherwise if you are just another outspoken guy then you have to watch your own back. Besides that’s way more fun anyway
If the Palins were liberal Demos, the “media” would be all over this on their high horses complaining about how low the American people have gone.
It would seem to me to be a mistake for her not to have personal security. I would want someone on my kids at the very least.
I’m sure Sarah and Todd are well equipped to handle the situation should it arise. AK has unrestricted CCW like AZ and I’d wager both carry.
yes she does.
She needs to hire some Israelis!
I don’t think merely carrying while you go about your business is enough when someone would likely sacrifice all to becom3e “a hero”.
But indeed, the Palins have made enough to pay for it until sometime in the first half of next year, when I expect Obama to return the favor that W extended to him by giving her early secret service protection. And if he doesn’t, we should scream loud and clear until he does.
How hard is it to target a political leader while hiding in a crowd of moslems in the most terrorist-ridden country in the world?
(Not very.)
What the seething, brainless liberals need to understand is that Sarah Palin doesn’t retreat.
I know this is becoming cliched, but—she reloads.
She should definatly have security, but at the moment, she would need to foot the bill. I wouldn’t assume that she doesn’t already have security.
definatly=definitely
So it’s not about “knowing the risk” any more?
That’s funny, because I’m sure the issue was whether or not “she knows the risk” a few minutes ago.
