Just when you thought there couldn't be any more players in the ongoing soap opera over the hunt for President Obama's original birth certificate and his constitutional eligibility for office, there comes yet another name: Elena Kagan.
Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.
Here's the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.
In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.
A simple search of the high court's own website reveals Kagan's name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.
(CHART AT LINK)
Docket No, 09-724, for instance, comes up with this in the search result:
Title: The Real Truth About Obama, Inc., Petitioner v. Federal Election Commission, et al. Reply of petitioner The Real Truth About Obama, Inc. filed. The Real Truth About Obama, Inc. Elena Kagan...(continued)

It’s like some nightmare from hell that you can’t wake up from.
The insane thing is that it’s though almost the entire country is in a freaking coma. While the house is burning down, they refuse to wake up.
I swear, you can't make this stuff up!
I am hoping that our US Senators are also aware of this information. Does no good if it is just us. We know that the people in this administration AND Congress do not even read the bills on which they vote..
You have to understand the Republican way of thinking. The Republicans are thinking, "We may one day want to run an illegal candidate for President, and might want to cover it up at all levels of government, too." What would the MSM and the Democrats say then?

What the hell is going on with the stupid Republican senators?
Boy, you sound like McCain. No offense to you, personally :-)
You’ve said it all. I have no idea what the hell is going on with the stupid Republican senators. Information is out there, OBVIOUSLY. Stunned stupid.
I ONLY see Jeff Sessions laying all the dirt out,
but doubt he’s mentioned any of this stuff.
Several of those lawsuits are Gitmo prisoners.
And risk being called a birther?
Heck no!
The LSM has made questions about his eligibility OFF LIMITS, using ALINSKY tactics!
This might double or triple post....lol. Getting error codes. Apologies ahead of time.
No, but I knew from the time I closely examined that COLB he posted on-line that something was very, very wrong. And everything that has transpired since tells the same story. The man is a complete fraud, and has no business pretending to be the POTUS. The bastard needs to spend the rest of his days chipping rock in the pen.
Years ago when the Johnny Jihad Oklahoma City bomber thing happened, someone who lived around there and was active on those threads freepmailed me something very interesting.
Said that when Congress scum get to DC, the Saudis invite them to huge lavish parties, at which male and female (often underage) prostitutes and drugs are provided. Later the Congress scum are told that videos were taken. They are then told how to vote.
Since tons of Saudi money helped put 0thugga where he is, this may account for some of the silence on the R side.
I loathe the traitor Rs more than the Dems, since you expect the Dems to be fiends in human form.
This is so insane. Makes me want to vomit, the fact that so many Rs are useless, spineless toadies. A traitor or coward who’s supposed to be on your side is worse than an enemy you expect to be an enemy.
Send it to him (Sessions), and let’s try Coburn too.
OMG!
Sometimes I wonder if all newly elected congresspeople, once they arrive in D.C., end up in a private meeting with quiet, unknown, but extremely powerful people who lay down the law about how they’ll have to tow the right side of the line or the left side of the line but not too far right. The penalty for not doing this is ruin.
Seems like almost all of them get corrupt when they get there and they just put on a show that is fodder for the press and for some of the more stupid citizens who actually fall for it.
With scant few exceptions, I despise ALL INCUMBENTS.
With scant few exceptions, REELECT NOBODY.
By its very nature, incumbency breeds corruption.
Check my comment 31 above.
Sounds like someone may be blackmailing someone for a lifetime appointment to become a one person Constitutional wrecking outfit....
How about being called a persuer of the truth? Or is that too harsh for them?
The deeper problem is that human nature has become so corroded that having no incumbents potentially could kick out some (albeit very few) good people.
At this point, you could just pick random people out of the phone book or off the streets of small towns (maybe even big cities) and stick them in DC, and they’d be more honorable than the freaking slime sitting there now.
Our culture has abandoned that which made it great. There are so many causes. Something needs to shake up the national conscience, back to the roots.
Yeah. This isn’t news (that Kagan was involved in some of his eligibility cases) to those of use who have been paying attention to this issue. Thanks for the ping 2DV.
