You consider what’s happening ‘gradual?’ I don’t — Obama and his commie pals are running roughshod over the populace and we are increasingly intolerant. On vacation recently in the mountains I met some like-minded people from a very ‘blue’ area of my same state — I admired their “Obummer” bumper sticker and the woman said I was the third person that day to say something. Usually in CA no one says anything.

We talked some more and agreed many additional people are seeing the light, except for the usual lamebrained lefties who never ‘get it’ and don’t want to — watching MSNBC and singing Zero’s praises. A pox on that. The rest of us MUST act — THE TIME IS NOW! November means a LOT. If elections are stolen (again), look out Obama!

I see most Americans ready to snap on the chains of slavery. Sadly enough blacks will go quietly into this state thinking they will get something better. Your plan does not address the very real problem of having fair and unbiased reporting. The main stream media will do what it always does. It will minimize, ignore, and paint the protesters as being “nutz and sluts”.

Please remember that when the Soviet Union fell, the first sites liberated and occupied were the TV and radio stations. This was a wise move. So?...What's your plan for controlling the message?

Before doing what you suggest ( which by the way is certainly a good option) I would try marching on New York City first.

One of the problems with these huge marches, such as the Tea Party or the yearly March for Life is the lack of news coverage. It is time to get in the faces of the main stream media and, through the pressure of numbers, **force** them to fairly cover the issues. With fair reporting, perhaps we could have a peaceful legislative solution instead of having to shut down the government with a “sit in”.

The productive members of society need to stop producing as quickly as possible. The quicker this happens the quicker we get our country back.

The longer it takes, the more we are at risk of never being able to recover our country or possibly even civil existence.

Everyone concerned can start by making preparations to become self-reliant, DIY, and support local markets and independent Internet businesses.

We're not dependent on the big government or big corporations. Their existence depends upon us. That dependency has grown to a significant and unsustainable portion of our life's work.

Cloward-Piven works both ways and in the end, anyone dependent upon the government will be at a disadvantage.

I took early retirement 7 years ago, started a profitable business and closed it when Obama took office. It's my way of protesting what has happened in our country. Besides, if things change, I can always start another and they're going to take our guns, gold, savings, SS, and property anyway. Since then, I've increasing worked to become self-sufficent and have taken every advantage to do so (i.e. government subsidized energy production/savings programs). It is a peaceful and lawful method of defeating the socialist progressive takeover that may actually work, not that supporting the Tea Party movement or protesting isn't helpful. DIY is a terrific part of this plan. Your labor isn't taxed, the cost you'd pay to have it done isn't taxed and you get a great feeling of accomphisment when it's finished. The tools you purchase become additional resources for your self-sufficeny arsenal and may be used for a future source of income or trade.

Not everyone can leave the matrix but everyone can take a step in that direction. For benefit of others, they can begin by dropping pay TV, newspapers, magazines. Buy and store foods in bulk, purchase food processing equipment, start a DIY project (look to youtube for how to vids), cut back on spending, keep some cash at home, start saving more, go enjoy the outdoors through some low cost means (i.e. camping, biking, hiking, canoeing, build a wooden boat) and stop wasting time. Our good days are numbered and there are plenty of measures we can still take before bleeding out in a violent clash.
