Commanders do not allow sexual intercourse on the International Space Station, it has been disclosed.
We are a group of professionals," said Alan Poindexter, a NASA commander, during a visit to Tokyo, when asked about the consequences if astronauts boldly went where no others have been.

Captain Zapp Brannigan: We have failed to uphold Brannigan’s Law. However I did make it with a hot alien babe. And in the end, is that not what man has dreamt of since first he looked up at the stars?

I was thinking more along the lines of Capt. Kirk’s requirement that the crew follow “the prime directive.”

Then whats the point in taking them up there? Besides,, the bigger problem is how do you make an all woman crew get along? Ever work in an office with 4 women and 2 men? Not fun,,,

Wonder what kind of research they've done into the complications of a zero-G pregnancy I doubt there is much, especially in the first trimester. After that blood and body fluid distribution in the mother might be a problem, but otherwise floating in aminotic fluid is pretty close to being in zero-g anyway.
Radiation would be a bigger concern, up above the shielding provided by the atmosphere. Still they are under the shield of the earth magnetic field and well under the Van Allen belts.

Yep, thatll work...about as well as the ban on sex in the Fleet! The men and women of the wet Navy Fleet are not wired up with medical telemetry. The astronauts and cosmonauts are.
Could be quite a show for the folk in ground control monitoring that telemetry. :)
