Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

BS again. They were purposely calling it a “birth certificate”, a “copy of his birth certificate”. IT AIN’T A EFFIN BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
I checked, and the poster I was talking to has only posted here a total of seven times in six years. That's why they weren't aware of Obama's mother's strange name.
To be fair, I also asked my wife today whether she knew what Obama's mother's name was, and she admitted that she didn't. She keeps up with the news and listens to talk radio, but has never heard it.
WHY should they play their cards at this time? WHY would they prefer Joe Biden as prez? They won't expose him unless he seriously threatens Israel, it's their Ace up their sleeve and they'll continue poker faced.
Sometimes I seriously wonder if that row between BHO and Bibi was simply orchestrated street theatre, but we'll never know....

Here are the vital record stats to classify race 50 years ago.
“Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and “other nonwhite.”
Being from a continent is not one of them. I suppose you think that the Kenyan could have self-Id as a Martian to today’s Hawaiian DoH and they would have accepted it. It’s all academic anyway because Obama has no long form birth certificate from 1961.
I believe that when asked on Friday, August 4, 1961 for his racial designation, Barack Hussein Obama Senior replied “African.” And the maternity ward admitting clerk at Kapi’olani Medical Center wrote down “African” and that term was transmitted to the Hawaii Department of Health.
They were not asking for the CHILD’s racial designation using an official American term for racial designations, they were asking for the parents’ racial designations and they accepted what Obama Senior said for the Certificate of Live Birth. I don’t think that they would have accepted “Martian!”
If the data from that Certificate ultimately went to the federal government, the combination of the mother’s racial designation of Caucasian and the father’s racial designation of “African” would put the child into the “other non-white” category.
If and until a prosecutor convenes a Grand Jury investigation and subpoenas both Dr. Chiyome Fukino and Dr. Alvin T. Onaka to testify under oath as well as subpoenaeing all the original birth records for Barack Hussein Obama II, we’ll never know for sure just what exists and what doesn’t and when any record came into existence.
Since both the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten newspapers have confirmed birth announcements in their “Health Bureau Statistics” sections for a son born to “Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama” born on August 4, 1961 in their August 13, 1961 and August 14, 1961 editions, it is likely that a Certificate of Live Birth does indeed exist.

So you think it's a good idea to then create a fraudulent document and see what would happen if you tried to pass it off as real? KNOWING you've been accused in the past of DOING that? That makes no sense to me.

Attempting to “punk” people - even if just for a little while - about something THIS serious is not justified by the gravity of what your goals are. So, your goal is to prove that Factcheck and Politifact have fraudulently spread disinformation and fraudulent documents so that they are never ‘allowed’ to again deceive the public, especially in matters as important as following the US Elections Code. Right?
And, to achieve this you decided to CREATE a fraudulent document yourself to show how easy it is to do? What does that prove besides you'd make a good electronic document forger (if there is such a thing). You proved you're good at Photoshop and people in general can be easily tricked, especially if it's someone who has cultivated a certain level of trustworthiness.
But, how does that hold Factcheck and Politifact responsible??? What good does this exercise do?

I am, and have been! What the heck does that have to do with THIS issue? And specifically with this thread? We already know they are liars. Now some of us don't feel too sure if you're one or not, too!

Everyone does what they CAN do, if they care about this. We don't waste people's time with LIES - that's for SURE! You've written a book, right? And have done a LOT of investigation into this.
Not all of us have the resources and time to do that. God put some of us in one position and others in another. People like me sometimes HAVE to rely on others — experts, those with more resources, and standing to do the ‘heavy lifting’, so to speak. BUT, make no mistake, I've done what I can and still stayed responsible to my children and my husband.
I have shared information with hundreds online for the last 2 years (maybe a touch more) about Obama, AND specifically this issue. I've debated people online. I've shared things with my friends via email. And I've talked to people in public within my town. I've written about some of it at my blog (as you may remember I believe there is one there ABOUT your video at YouTube — I know I sent that link out to my friends directly, and added it to my account's “favorites”).
But, you know what — that DOESN'T MATTER. We aren't talking about ME. We're talking about the action YOU took today. Stop trying to deflect the criticism. If I had done NOTHING more than come here today and just learned about ALL the things going on and still called you on trying to pass off a fake document as a real one to ‘see what would happen, and teach people lessons’ I'd still be within my rights to do so.

True. There is no designation on the BC for the childs race. HOWEVER,they do ask for the race of the parents. Since the childs race is determined by the race of the parents AND births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and other nonwhite, - the parents race HAD to have fallen within these categories. Hawaii followed the federal standard in 1961. So if his father said his race was African, either the registrar put down Negro ( since they knew what the proper designation should be )or the certificate would have been rejected by the state.
