YEP...as I sit here eating a square of Lindts 85% dark chocolate....course...I also take at least 1500mg of Niacin a day, too....which is why I think my bad LDL turned into more GOOD LDL this past year!

now I have a better excuse for my nightly square of 88%.
I ate chocolate chip ice cream almost every night, till the Dr. started to make noise about my cholesterol. Finally figured out I was just eating the ice cream for the chocolate.
Now I just eat the chocolate !!
