so, would it be too much to expect that Harvard would include a group image of graduates that include the POTUS?
frankly, unless someone can show me where that 'Harvard' group image is shown ANYWHERE on the Harvard website, I will remain skeptical. Also strange, any reference to obama and Harvard makes no mention that his father also attended.

A search of the Harvard University Library digital image collection appears to reveal that group pictures of graduate students from 1988 through 2003 are missing from the collection. Obama was in the graduating class of 1991.
in 2008 they were saying that photo looked photoshopped!

I can answer a few of your questions.
#8 - Obama’s Law practice client list and billing records/summary are “off limits” because they are confidential records that a lawyer is not permitted to disclose to anyone.
#24 and #25 - I assume that he and his wife are no longer members of the Illinois Bar because they don’t want to continue taking classes that all lawyers are required to.
There are contemporaneous accounts of him being at Harvard.
Correction: You're posting a comment made on a fairly obscure blog by anonymous commenter, who states that his nephew at St. Hugh's College (which is in Oxford, UK) has total access to Harvard's "physical and electronic" student records. Oh, really?
Hey, sounds really plausible when you don a tin-foil beanie and convince yourself that all those news articles about Obama being elected President (not editor) of the Harvard Law Review in 1990, and interviews with people who knew him at Harvard, were all faked.
