I find any seniority system to conflict with the merit system that I prefer.Unless you find yourself in a system in which the knowledge and experience held by senior members is a necessary prerequisite for the merit you seek. Please remember that you don't know what you don't know.
We don't seek your opinion of our merit. You, were you to be humble, would be better off to seek our judgement of your merit within this community instead of simply that which is in your own head. But you are a n00b so we will watch and learn, too.
Up to a point.
Disagreements are fine. Being an ass is not.
Just sayin'.
