Seems as if 0bama has taken it to another level as he is always relying on teleprompters and stumbles if he has to rely on notes or umm, uh’s his way through off the cuff remarks. So, we KNOW politician’s have speeches they give, but 0bama is shown to rely on them for just about everything-as shown with the 6th grade pic.

She actually had written notes that she brought to the podium with her on Saturday night. I suspect the palm notes were for points to be made during the Q&A session that followed.

Yes but it is much more time and cost efficient to write and deliver a lengthy speech electronically as opposed to printing and editing on paper. Very last-minute changes are possible, too, without any hassle. Short speeches are easily done with a note card, a notebook or even writing on your palm. ;0) In my time I've used 'em all.

Modern presentation technology really is a good thing. Water is a good thing, too, but if you have too much water, just like zer0 uses too much teleprompter, then you drown.
