Appears to be at the Bayport Terminal, part of Port of Houston, located there is IBC terminal and Odjfell terminals.
It is a ship and barge loading terminal and tank farm. Every kind of chemical cargo is loaded there.
Told not to leave the bldg at JSC due to a nearby explosion in Seabrook. Can see smoke out the window and felt it as ...

SEABROOK, TX (KTRK) — There is an explosion being reported in the Seabrook area near Highway 146.
Smoke could be seen from our Transtar Jam Cam. It happened at some type of chemical plant near Port Road. Details are very sketchy at this point. But authorities did confirm that Seabrook Intermediate school is on lockdown due to the nearby blast.
Residents called police reporting they felt their homes shake following the blast.
There are no reports of any injuries at this time.
