He should run for Congress. I started a thread on this after I saw Mr. Beamer on FoxNews. One Freeper responded by saying how ironic it was that his son probably saved the lives of the congresspeople who are perpetrating this travesty on the American people.

Among the excellent points he made was the hypothesis that a potential shoe bomber might try to disrupt the trial in New York. He wondered how NY commuters would like to have to remove their shoes at the start of their journey to work each day.
