As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.
This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgement. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.
The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”

When a person from one of the above groups submits a signed affidavit which proves to not to be true along with a forged document to a court of law, they will indeed go to prison.
As for Lucus Smith, a man who has already done hard time for forgery, he will end up doing a long stretch in the Federal Penitentiary.

I will always accept truth based on facts.
However, my money is on Mr. Smith submitting a false affidavit and a forged document to a Federal Court.
And that means prison time for Mr. Smith and disbarment for his attorney.

I guess I am a kid since I decided not to start SS yet. And I am still a kid at heart.
Yes, I know you were talking abut 1961. And I asked how you knew it was always that way. And you didn't answer my question, which is your right.
I mentioned 2009 just because I am curious as to why they would take a system that has always been that way and have some people start doing it the American way, as Agamemnon says he has seen.
The "when did they start/stop" in the context of the UK is not really the question. We see today that different agencies of the US government also favor a certain convention. Why this is is a mystery for another poster to propose a rationale. The fact remains though that this is current practice.
I don't have any view of the inherent validity of the document itself, but the dating convention used is not an obvious and definitive fraud flag to me.

Why hasn’t the paper stock been analyzed for origin and age?
Why hasn’t the font and other characteristics of the typeface been analyzed?
What kind of typewriter was used and what year was it first manufactured? Was the model available in that country at that time?
These things are not that hard to ascertain.
This is a certified copy, which would mean it was printed this year on current paper. It appears to be a photocopy of the original, with the current hospital administrator’s stamp certifying it.

At this time, only 124 hits are coming up. Slow removal, perhaps, so as not to cause alarm? Or maybe I’m just paranoid.
Wouldn’t Maganga’s signature be found in more places than on just this piece of paper? It wouldn’t be terribly difficult to verify that it’s real.

In a motion filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Santa Ana, Calif., government lawyers did not directly rebut the conspiracy theory Taitz propounds that Obama was not born in Hawaii as he claims and as asserted by Hawaiian officials as well as contemporary newspaper birth notices. Instead, the federal attorneys argued that the suit is inherently flawed because such disputes can’t be resolved in court and because the dozens of plaintiffs can’t show they are directly injured by Obama’s presence in office.
“It is clear, from the text of the Constitution, and the relevant statutory law implementing the Constitution’s textual commitments, that challenges to the qualifications of a candidate for President can, in the first instance, be presented to the voting public before the election, and, once the election is over, can be raised as objections as the electoral votes are counted in the Congress,” Assistant United States Attorneys Roger West and David DeJute wrote. “Therefore, challenges such as those purportedly raised in this case are committed, under the Constitution, to the electors, and to the Legislative branch.”
The birthers’ suit claims that Obama is a citizen of Indonesia and “possibly still citizen of Kenya, usurping the position of the President of the United States of America and the Commander-in-Chief.”
Lieutenant Jason Freese and some other plaintiffs in the case claim they have a real injury because they are serving in the military commander by Obama, the alleged usurper. However, West and DeJute say that argument is too speculative.
“The injuries alleged by Plaintiff Freese and the other military Plaintiffs herein, are not particularized as to them, but, rather, would be shared by all members of the military and is an inadequate basis on which to establish standing,” the government lawyers wrote.
Another plaintiff in the suit, Alan Keyes, is a three-time, longshot presidential candidate who ran most recently in 2008. Yet another is Gail Lightfoot, an ultra-longshot vice presidential candidate in 2008. The DOJ argues that they were not directly aggrieved by Obama’s election because they never had a mathematical chance of winning.
The only person that should be running scared is Lucas Smith who will most likely be doing another stretch in prison for forgery,
You keep saying the same thing over and over. We get it. We know how you feel, regardless of what we say to you...sheesh.
You can say what ever you like, however we all understand that submitting false documentation to a court of law will earn a person a prison term.
I am confused as to why you do not think that Lucas Smith should be sent to prison for committing such a crime.
If this BC is a fake, why not let it play out and completely invalidate these and all "birthers". In addition. Lucas Smith is risking a LOT by submitting this document to the District Court.
I don't know where obozo was born, but his actions including DOJ are very telling.
