they are citizens not natural born citizens, totally different.

Yes. Under the current interpretation of citizenship law, they are natural born citizens.

"Are "anchor babies" eligible at 35 to be POTUS?" According to US v. Wong Kim Ark they are, especially if you read Fuller's dissent. Fuller laments the fact that, because of this majority's opinion, a child born to two US citizens outside the US would not be eligible to be President, but a child born to two non-Citizens on US soil, would be eligible to be President.
Pretty much sums it up.
