4 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently
7 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs
5 to flame the spell checkers
6 to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb" ... another 6 to condemn those 6 as stupid
2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp"
5 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry, and that "light bulb" is perfectly correct
6 to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to buy the best light bulbs, what supermarkets are offering discounts on brands of light bulbs, and what customer service they expect in a lightbulb shop
7 to post URL's where one can see examples of different light bulbs
4 to post that the URL's were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL's
5 to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy
4 to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?"

I am very disappointed, 59 post before it got to cheese and moose. Free Republic just isn’t what it once was in the good old days.

We forgot the 7 “cop-haters” who think it is a cops fault the bulb burned out and the 9 “cop-apologists” that will say the lightbulb got what it deserved.
I must say, that lit me up!

Where is the lightbulb bailout?
Don’t forget the 6 that argue about biblical passages that they believe relate to changing a light bulb.
The 4 that will tell you the US is dying because we can’t make a light bulb that lasts longer.
Also, the dozens that blame Obama for reducing our countries capacity to make those same bulbs.

3 to post the light bulb story is fake. If it was possible to change the light bulb Hillary Clinton would have already done it.
5 to post that the light bulb should watch it’s back because Hillary and Bubba are in the wings just waiting to replace it.
