Basically, it comes down to this. I made a promise to my family get off of here, but continued to break that promise. There is sufficient momentum for the birth certificate issue to where any further research is unnecessary.

The fact that Hawaii refuses to authenticate or acknowledge producing the COLB that the libs insist that is real, along with the statements made to me by Dr. Alvin Onaka in late October, pretty much nixes any hope by the opposition that a real Obama 2007 COLB exists.

The libs can refute my research all they want, but it's not going change the reality that they are arguing about a nonexistent document.

It is they who are on the wrong side of reality, not me.

If anyone believes that the one and only scan image was produced by what appears in the Factcheck photos, then there is seriously something wrong with their eyesight.

There is nothing wrong with the eyesight of scores of FReepers who saw shadows under the letters on the Factcheck photograph of a "real COLB."

The image above is the photo I took of a real COLB using the same make and model of camera as Factcheck, except that I had a real COLB. The one on the bottom is the image with the shadows. Those pink arrows are pointing to them.

I would sincerely love to hear how the opposition explains those, but I gotta go.

I also leave with the challenge I made but never taken:

Make a real scan, naturally and honestly, that looks like the alleged "scan image."

No one can. It's impossible for several reasons. The colors of this image are so far off from the actual colors contained in a real COLB scan, that you cannot get there without extensive manipulation of the color curves.

Secondly, the background image and the text were deliberately subjected to heavy sharpening using an Unsharp Mask - but they were not done at the same time.

Lastly, that "funky" border, as one of my favorite critics described it, will not be exactly reproducible from any scanned COLB border in existence.

"Close" only counts in horseshoes.

No way. No how.

Oh, you may get close after playing around with all of the controls in Photoshop, but you will not get the border pattern right.

I know because I reproduced it (middle image), and I know how it was done - it was made separately and added to the image.

Rather than ragging on my research, which is what I do better than anyone, go ahead and do your own.

Oh, I forgot. You have to get a real COLB to do it.

Isn't it funny that none, nada, zip, zero of my critics has ever made a real COLB scan from a real COLB in over a year since I began my research, and actualy replicated what I did.

They'll make up some excuse for not reading all of my research report, like it was "too painful to read," and so forth. Then, they will do their own thing which is not remotely close to my thing.

Well, don't be discouraged: Factcheck never had a real COLB, either.

I did not say that. I can't prove what Obama has or hasn't got is legit. Thats my whole point, no one else can either unless they have handled the document. What was posted at fact check was rightly deemed a fake. I have never disputed that. Because it's a fake, it can honestly be said that no one knows for sure that Obama has a real COLB, other than the state of Hawaii saying that he was born there based on what they have. Thats it. The photos of the COLB I have seen, not the scans, look pretty legit to me, they look very much like my own which I know to be real. But you still can't tell if what was pictured was authentic. You can';t tell that from a picture.

I don't think Obama is legit, I think he is hiding something that proves that he is not legit. Given the blatant fraud on his selective Service documents, there is darned good reason to assume that everything he has released is fake just based on current and past behavior.

Now, if indeed I am correct in this, my 2007 COLB is MORE valuable to polarik because it comes from the same time and processing Room that Obama's did. That should be giving him a wealth of information now that it is correctly and accurately been determined to be of that era, March - June of 2007 is a pretty narrow window.

So please, can we just move past this now? There is NO POINT in riding my ass about it other than the riders personal satisfaction, which has got to be greatly overestimated!

No. The Governor does not have the authority to look at the documents.

The department head said that she looked at the documents and that they were properly filed under Hawaiian law. She has NEVER said that they show birth on Hawaiian soil, and Hawaiian law specifically allows the issued short form COLB to show birth on Hawaiian soil for children born elsewhere under some circumstances.

The sealed internal DHHS files may well show a far different story. That story would be on the "long form" and could be had for $12.

Blame me. When I created the "All" "Y'all" and "no one in particular" screen names, I intended them to be used to differentiate a post to a specific individual from one that invited everyone who saw that post to to read a general comment.

They exist to allow one to make a pointed comment not directed to a particular person, and as such have prevented zillions of hurt feelings and flame wars.

You have the distinction of being the first and only person to create a stink based on "all".

I don't recall that it ever worked that way.

Back in the day one could put anything in the "To:" field. On the DD thread we'd frequently make jokes or poke fun at each other with variant spellings and puns on screen names.

Eventually people started abusing this ability, and JimRob added code so that only valid screen name could go into the "To:" window.

That's when I created the dummy accounts, I also wanted to create a "The Author of the Article" account so that the person posting a controversial article wouldn't necessarily feel blasted every time someone responded to the article.

By that time The Mod Squad was enforcing the one screen name per customer rule, and that account got nuked.

I suppose the "All", "Y'all" and "No one in particular" accounts are in technical violation of that rule, but I haven't the slightest clue what their passwords are and couldn't use them to create mischief even if I wanted to. Besides, they're dead useful...
