The only remedy we know of is in the Constitution - impeachment and removal from office. The dem congress would never do that so the whole thread is moot. Even so we should pursue the truth regardless of the outcome.

I would agree with you except that the pressure from the people would be enormous. If Obama were proven to be ineligible, however unlikely that may be, I don't think the commie Dems would have the guts to ignore the calls for Obama to go down. After all, Clinton was impeached for much, much less. Think of it this way: if the questions about his birth have gained this much momentum despite the MSM attempts to silence them, that points to a pretty dedicated group of people and a growing interest in the subject among the average sheep. Once Obama were proven ineligible, the movement would explode in a way 1,000 times more powerful.

It’s fantasy time for those who cannot accept the fact that Obama was elected president by both a popular and electoral majority. One of the assumptions that the Founders made when setting up our republic was that people would be mature enough to accept election verdicts not to their liking. There is no doubt of the outcome if Obama is removed by the SCOTUS because he is ineligible, or impeached and convicted.

Biden becomes President. A weak one, yes, and the Obama initiatives will die a rapid death. But there is zero chance of having another election before 2012 and zero chance of a President Palin.

But the other poster here is also correct. We will have riots, the likes of which will make the Watts riots, the Rodney King riots, and any others look tame. The agitators behind the riots will not care about the Constitution, or the rule of law, or the decision from learned judges. They will feel that “whitey” cheated their black man out of the Presidency and will express it the only way they know how.

No. If he were found to be ineligible, then he is not now and has never been "president" as defined in the Constitution. He is simply a fraud wongfully absconding with government resources and a host of other violations. He can simply be arrested and frog-marched out the White House door by Federal Marshalls. No impeachment, no immunity from prosecution, nothing. Common criminal. Biden would become president.

Of course while all this was happening America would be burning and blood running in the streets.
